Unfortunately we do not have the technology to put travel automation in vehicles. There are a huge number of technical concerns involved, and it wouldn't stop mechanics shops inthe least. It would make maintenance more expensive. It would also make the lives of the drivers subject to computer viruses as well. Good idea, hard to implement. Peace. -Max
I agree, the way most humans behave today cause major problems with advanced technology. It would make maintenance more expensive if the software and hardware were not to be properly designed to last for at least 50 years.
