    So What?

  • Man you're awesome! Love the miles tune! which one is it ?

  • Bro, I have the guitar you're using. I love it.

  • i love the whole jazzy vibe u give me :D

  • Agreed, how 'bout learns to play clean first?

  • You must practice your own exercises

  • Hi i have a lot of feedback on my amp but i dont know if it is the pickups, or other parts of the guitar / amp, do you know what might be wrong? Btw these were really helpful

  • @MultiSean22 Ok, It could be a number of things. Here are some solutions:

1,Turn your amp away from you, facing the wall.

2Turn on Noise Gate on your amp (if you have it).

    3.Turn down the Gain.

4Move further away from the amp.

    5. Find the frequency of the feedback and use the equalizer on the amp to turn that particular frequency down. This solves the problem 80% of the time but for the other 20% you have to compromise between less feedback and better sound quality.

  • 3:46 you spell exercise like a true jamaican i like it lol

  • i love this guys face during the playing.

  • I am just learning to play, do you have any advice on how to keep my self motivated.. ? My fingers just don't seen to do way I want them to !! Feels really alien.

  • @madchef360 ok, I can tell you how I keep myself motivated. I first try to practice what I am unfamiliar with very very slowly. go to a lot of live show and checkout musicians that a way better than I am. I generally wait until the show's over to ask them question about how they do what they do. I also what a lot of videos of great musicians and try to mimic them. When I go to practice and something is frustrating me I move on to a song that I like then go back to the "Frustration". Cheers

  • awesome. thnx for sharing

  • very useful. thanks

  • 6:47 lmao the end is hillarios

  • I have the same guitar.

  • LOVE THE FACIAL EXPRESSION AT 6:07 ! but seriously though, this guy can bring the groove! like.. damn! love his style!

  • just like to point out on thing, its good to do the four finger exercise with a metronome that way it works on your rhythm at the same time as well :)

  • Nice Miles Davis at the end :]

  • nice head-bobbing

  • Great video. Thanks for the tips. I have a problem keeping my index finger straight while I'm going between index and other fingers. It curls inwards towards the other fingers. Any tips? Thanks again. Amazing

    nice guitar

  • love the style :D

  • Thanks bap2best.

  • how do you actually control your finger from flying about? i cant control mine.

  • When you are practicing always remember to start slowly then gradually increase in tempo. This should give you added control. Keep at it and good luck.

  • Dude, I have been plaing on and off for awhile, I got the spider technics down pretty good and stuff wehre do I go from here? I sitll cant do them as fast as you do on the last go round... do i need to keep pratcing them and move along to something else?

  • Ok, The Four fingers exercise is also very important to practice, The Spider excercise is an important part of every Serious guitarist practice routine. So please don't move on to anything else rather add to you arsinal. There are other exercises you could check out in my online course. "The Perfect10course online"

  • ok i googled that "The Perfect10course online" and didnt come up with nothing? What is the website?

  • Just got an acoustic guitar today, and the second excercise seems quite hard to me. I need practice, do you think it's ok to stick with excercises for a while instead of moving along quickly?

  • Ok, I recommend starting slow. Do the first exercise for about 15 minutes, take a 5 to 10 minute broke if you feel any fatigue. Start the second exercise and practice it for 15 minutes as well. The spider exercise can be left for now. But focus on those exercises every day for half an hour and I guarantee your playing will improve significantly. Good Luck and Have Fun.

  • Thanks for the reply!

Ok, I will keep doing the excercises. Also, I will try to learn some notes aswell, and I will still keep doing the excercises, do you think that's a good plan?

  • I think that's a fantastic plan. Remember to keep a consistent practice routine. Have a great day.

  • Thanks!

I got a starter DVD of a friend, and now I do the excercises and do what it teaches in the DVD (started learning power notes), but I can't do it for too long since it starts to really hurt my fingers. :)

  • it works dude!!
