lf you have alot of spirulina you need to make sure you balance out the high phosphorous with sprouted sesame and chia seeds. The phos to cal ratio is way out.
AFA blue-green algae first. Chlorella second. Spirulina third. Sea vegetables forth. Grasses fifth. Sprouts sixth. Weeds seventh. l am a huge chlorella fan.
l take about 12 grams of chlorella, AFA and spirulina combined everyday with sea vegetables, grasses and lots of sprouts. l feel amazing and find it easy to develop muscle on very little food.
i juice orange juice with baby raw spinach and steamed broccoli for breakfast..i was wondering if i can take this drink before or after cardio exercise? and if i were to get some chlorella should i take it before or after cardio?
For an uncooked diet, what do you do for soup to retain the food value/unalterred structure of food? I use a pressure cooker at low temperature which utilizes "pressurized heat" and the food tasts much better, question is how much damage is still done even though you stop it before it steams and eating it "very warm" instead of hot. Another trick is to heat the water by itself and only add veggies just before eating the soup. My two cents.
Can I continue taking spirulina & chlorella during pregnancy?

@jadshadowdog After cardio is better. Good luck.

@jadshadowdog Best to drink water before exercise, any food after. Raw is the law.
