For someone who is about to graduate, you may want to do a bit of homework before you accept that technical school diploma. Stores are public property and anyone has the right to film there. If they ask you to leave the premises and you refuse, then it becomes a legal matter and you can be arrested. For someone who holds up Tom Green as the gold standard of funny, I'm so shocked that you wouldn't know that already.

Stores are NOT public property, they are private property and you do NOT have the right to film there without prior permission.

Do you have any precedent to back up what you are saying? I've consulted with both legal and industry contacts (location managers), and there's no reason why we couldn't. If a public store is private property, then the public who walks through the doors are trespassing. If you are doing something to disrupt their business, and you won't leave, that's a different story.
