@Kidlike101 Typically, you apply it before. Sometimes, if you add it after, it'll tone down the color, so unless that's the affect you're going for, you'll probably want to apply the loose powder first. I hope this made sense.. rofl. Good luck[:

interesting about the frost bitten look - i don't know why anyone would want to make their nose look redder. Mine looks red naturally and I try so many things to get rid of the red! but the cheeks looked awesome with that technique - I would just skip my nose :)

What if you use the same technique for the "frostbite" one, where the blush was applied on the apples of the cheek, closer to under the eyes, and over the nose for a summer, sinkissed glow? Like you've been outside all day and got a little rosy. Could you also apply the same blush, just a little, so that it sits on the crease/brow bone area to help with the rosiness? I don't really like bronzers because they are just well, too dark and brown, haha. I don't know, what does everyone think?

The way he does the second cheek would probably be best for you, though you may want to skip the highlighter on the apple (round part) of your cheek, instead, place your highlight on the orbital bone under your eye from about your pupil to the outside corner of your eye.
