  • you're cute :)

  • really nice! love ittttt :D

  • I love this. You can tell he's really knowledgeable. He knows exactly what he's talking about.

  • I love watching you. just one question (sorry I'm a beginner) do you apply loose powder before or after the blush???

  • @Kidlike101 Typically, you apply it before. Sometimes, if you add it after, it'll tone down the color, so unless that's the affect you're going for, you'll probably want to apply the loose powder first. I hope this made sense.. rofl. Good luck[:

  • @xxSadiepiexx makes sense, thanks for the answer =D

  • WOW! you know so much! i was completely clueless about makeup literally, until i started watching your vids. its a bit embarrasing when your 19 years old and dont know how to apply blush. but i do now thanx to you. so thank you so much.

  • you are so cute! I love your vids and you're super talented in making everything more interesting accessible =]

I was wondering If can do a video about defining cheek bones even if you don't have them lol

    thanx!

  • Wondering if these are more suitable for the camera and/or stage rather than real life/everyday (especially daytime) wear! If not done well, it's probably better not to do so much. Thanks for all the tips though. You're great!

  • JUST Love love love this video!!! thanks so much for the greatest tips always!!!

  • puuuurtttyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • how about for a round face how do you do this to demphasize the roundness of my face?

  • can you explain on mac brush 187

    ty

  • I blush everytime I watch his vids

  • your cheekbones <3 they stick out even without the blush and highlighting...

  • interesting about the frost bitten look - i don't know why anyone would want to make their nose look redder. Mine looks red naturally and I try so many things to get rid of the red! but the cheeks looked awesome with that technique - I would just skip my nose :)

  • You always seem so excited about what you're doing. It makes me smile. :)

  • niceee thaannkssss!!!

  • yay! thank you for the tutorial:)

  • you give such great turials! helps so much,,,, do u wear makeup in public

  • Enkore, what about applying just a tad on the temples of your forehead, what kind of look is that? Just wondering bcuz I heard that somewhere : )

  • Thank you so much ... its help a lot ... where did u get those blush palette?.... ^^

  • `Thank you ! :)

  • niceee

  • pederast

  • What if you use the same technique for the "frostbite" one, where the blush was applied on the apples of the cheek, closer to under the eyes, and over the nose for a summer, sinkissed glow? Like you've been outside all day and got a little rosy. Could you also apply the same blush, just a little, so that it sits on the crease/brow bone area to help with the rosiness? I don't really like bronzers because they are just well, too dark and brown, haha. I don't know, what does everyone think?

  • Ok. It is coastal scents...hmmm.. their shipping costs are very high to my country. Sweden...even on ebay it gets expensive and there are sooo many bidders on those...kinda hard to follow..! So my question for anyone out there is: Those " no name" palettes on Ebay ? Thay look exactly as coastal palettes...! And they are from China as coastal also seems to be... Has anyone tried them? Please rate and tell us what you think..The price is 8 USD..Shipping sometimes free or 10 USD

  • I bought an eyeshadow palette off eBay. The seller was RomaceCity or something like that. The shadows are very pigmented, but I don't have a coastal scents palette, so I cannot compare them.

  • Hey don't be too shady rangergal12, I'm sure he can afford all the mac he wants and mac is not something you can do without. Also, you are so dumb and ignorant, It's not about his age that matters. What matter is that he's sharing his knowledge so we can learn from it. So shut the fuck up! Ignoramous and Educate your self!

  • ski resort!!! HAHAAHHAHAHAH

    You are great

  • You look so bright and beautiful in this video! Your positivity and radiance shows;)

Thanks for the video. Blush is my most difficult task, so I will work on your tips and see if I can make it more natural;)

  • where does the blush palette come from?

    xxx

  • He might be gay but I tell you what this little christian girl has learned alot from him. He is very kind, polite and knowledgable and hea always answers his email so leave the man alone.

  • That is a coastal scents palette. I wanted that one but I am too dark for those shades. Best wishes to you Mellow.

  • I was just looking for a tutorial on applying blushes and I am so happy that you added this!!! Thanks for the great tips!! I <3 Enkore!!! ^_^

  • This is good advice for sure! But.... for someone who is PPP/NW05 or less... I don't know if having the darker blush + lighter blush is worth it without a lot of practice...

  • you're the BOMB! awesome tips!

  • oooh, very helpful tips!!

i'll be sure to try the contouring trick the next time i go out. (: thanks!!

  • Ciao Enkore, thanks to share ur passion with all of us, honestly i saw lots of "guru" videos and theres no one that deserve to be called guru. makes me laugh when u do a video and all the "gurus" replay u!

Greetings from Italy, wish u the best!

  • No shit.

  • Thanks again for a great video!!

  • Thats so funny! I used to be so jealous of white people during the summer because they would get that rosey-burn across their cheeks and nose. I'm hispanic so I would just turn tan, so I would use blush and try to get the same thing!

  • he's a makeup artist and is showing his fans how to do makeup, that's why he's wearing makeup. don't worry, you'll get wrinkles when you're older too.

  • Hi Enkore,

Thanks for making this great video, but do you also have got tips for round ( short) faces?

    Thanks!!!

  • The way he does the second cheek would probably be best for you, though you may want to skip the highlighter on the apple (round part) of your cheek, instead, place your highlight on the orbital bone under your eye from about your pupil to the outside corner of your eye.

  • I LOVE YOUR CHEEKBONES!

  • I love the blushing bride and frostbitten! My favs.

  • I love the "frostbitten" look! I had seen it in magazines before but never knew how to achieve it. Thanks so much for this vid!!

  • Okay---HAD NO IDEA THERE WERE SO MANY TECHNIQUES:O!!!!:D:0

    Just learned alot!

    KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!

  • Can I still wear blush even if I dont wear foundation?

  • of course you can :)

  • huuun! are you filipino?

  • very very helpful, thank you!!

  • hey Koren! I have a problem that maybe you can help me with :) My face shape is round and when I apply contour, it just makes it look even rounder, for some reason. Could you tell me how I should apply blush and contour for my face shape, please?

  • nicee

  • Very good tutorial. Not too long, just the right amount of information! Great!

  • so don't watch then :)

  • Hi, can you tell what kind of powder you're using on 4:03.?It looks like baby powder! I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS.Thanks....sorry about my english,I'm portuguese.

  • ENKORE: Can you recommend a good makeup mirror? Thanks so much!

  • pretty! :)

  • thats great,i didnt realize there was more than one way to apply blusher, lol

  • You're so informative! I love your videos because you take time to explain the 101 of everything when a lot of gurus just say "put the blush on the apple of your cheek". Thank you!=)

  • i love u kor! u truly are amazing. thx for this helpful tut

  • Thank you Koren, I must try out the first way you've shown, with my MAC Grand Duos... I always have the feeling to place the blush wrong :-(

  • To maddisonk1404 and rangergal12:

Who are you to say whether or not men should wear make up?

Male celebrities wear make up in movies/photo shoots/events.

Historically, men of different time periods/cultures wore make up, even powdered wigs.

If you don't like it, don't watch his videos. Why do you need to post negative comments on his videos? Does it make YOU feel a little bit better about yourself in some way?

Enkore, I just recently subscribed, and I am enjoying your vids. Keep it up! <3

  • No, it does not make me feel anybetter in any way.

I am EnKores subscriber, and have been for a while, he is really good at makeup, i just find it a little awkward.

And we're just stating an opinion.

Who are you to say men should wear makeup?

theres no doubt about the fact that EnKore is amazing.

And Yes, i do know that.

  • I'm glad you didn't respond with inane, crazed insults. I appreciate that.

And I'm not saying men SHOULD wear make up. I am saying that people who want to wear make up should, and its not for anyone but themselves to decide.

I was kinda more upset...ok, upset is the wrong word...I don't want to say disgusted though that doesn't seem right either...we'll just go with upset....at rangergal for saying it's kinda 'gay' and that he's 'too ugly'. That was just mean and insulting. Just because he

  • put on make up doesn't make him gay, and even if he was gay (not sure if you are, enkore), that doesn't mean he should wear make up.

Anyways, I suppose to each their own.

  • yes, i know. and aha, im not lookin' to start a youtube brawl. :P

i personally love enkore, sorry if that one comment offended you . :S

rangergal, it was kinda rude to say, its kinda gay, and if you are 24 years old?

    im 15, :| .

  • LOL! Youtube make up brawl! *pulls out brushes and favourite colours*

Its alright. I guess I shouldn't get so easily offended. I'm just passionate to defend sexual orientation seeing as I'm bi.

And yes, I'm 24...and it doesn't matter if you're 15. Maturity does not always come with age, and I've met a couple of teens who are a hell of a lot more mature than people my age.
