Did I miss something, You didnt show what you did when you added the refried beans. Did you mash the bean, etc. I saw you go from cooking the onions to showing the finished product.

This recipe sounds really good. I'm still on my liquid stage . I finally had my surgery on 8/16.

I'll be doing this next week when I'm into my mushies stage. I like putting a bit of ground turkey into the mix sounds really good.

You Did good my friend and both our hubbies don't like hot food but they do like us HOT MAMA"s ....... lol :) I like adding meat to my beans too some times blue eyes love's them that way.....thanks for showing and sharing....love rosemary
