I believe in Joseph Estrada....I like his programs and i sincerely believe in his national programs for food and education. I campaigned for him in 1998. President Joseph Estrada, sad to say is now historically among the Philippine presidents. Just like Marcos and maybe more, gives our country a bad name. We don't take pride of their accomplishments. They either ruled with an iron fist or broke the bank. The people are partly to blame for it. Is it selfishness or pure ignorance? It makes me wonder and question the people's hearts. Maybe the people are too numb to think what's right for them. There is hope for the Philippines. Never give up.

Your wrong there, he assumed office at the height of the Asian Financial Crisis, GDP growth in early 98 was -0.6%, the economy recovered from it. It 1999 it was 3.4% and in 2000 it was 4%. Peso in 1998 was 45 and by 2000 it was 35. Do your researches first before you put your very partisan comments first.

GMA encountered a much bigger economic problem.The World Recession,that didn't only affect Asia,but the entire world.And a country that depends a lot on other world economies esp the US,so how come the Peso-Dollar rate didn't fall by 20,and GDP crashing and falling.
