I live in NYC and we get all the seasons and the nastiest winters. But even for us, snow is a rarity! Like... winter is dry and winter and effing COLD but having precipitation on that week or so when it finally become below freezing is like a 15% chance. Last winter we got the WORST snow storm that kept people in their houses for 5 days bc the snow actually ate up the city streets! Once or twice in a lifetime is better than nothing, right? ;)
