In case you're confused: the point I'm getting at is that iraq wasn't pleasent because you were there, just like it wasn't bad because I was there. I don't claim responsibility when the sheiks proclaimed peace with the US in ramadi during the al anbar awakening. Its above my head. The peace you experienced was above your head. All of iraq was in near civil war in 2006, while it wasn't in 2005.
