If ur spearman dont put in final atk becuz final atk's slashblast is 260% split into 6 so its very weak and in third job final atk cant be used w/ crusher or fury so its a waste of sp
the better choice is to not pump FA , its faster that way when your training . personally i find FA irritating.

It's not per monster...it's 250% divided unevenly into 6 monsters.
And really there are no disadvantages to going hybrid, so why wouldn't you go hybrid?
