I met Randy yesterday at Woobie's in Flint MI and he's such a nice guy, I talked with him for a minute about the new songs and the new band he's playing with.. then it dawned on me, this guy tours all over the world and im sitting here in a nearly empty bar on the south side of Flint talking to a musical genius! That place should of been PACKED! Flint needs to get it together, you can't let people like Randy come to our city and play for an audience of 15. That's so wrong and direspectful!!

Moondagger is a BAND effort, rather than just Randy making homemade recordings for Ghostly. The potential as a BAND to become hugely successful is so obvious if you have seen any of the live shows over the last several months, but they need a MAJOR label (and there is interest) to make that happen. Ghostly is holding this BAND back. Ghostly will never bring this BAND to national and international REAL success.A major label needs to buy out Ghostly's contract and take this BAND to real success.

oh my goodness, thanks! I listened and searched all of Deastro's songs (there are SO many haha) to find the song at the end, but i couldn't find it, so i always came back to this video to listen to it. but, u know, because of that, i listened to most of deastro's music and fell in love with him more. He's not a doofus at all. He's actually a highly intelligent guy who happens to be really easy going and friendly, and he is a song writing machine. I've heard Moondagger and it is fantastic. Like a greatest hits, and he recently demo'd another albums worth of songs that are equally amazing. They will be the next big thing out of Detroit. Remember you heard it here.
