  • Ive practiced Raw Veganism over 8 years, checkout my video pushing 1000LB Leg Press!!!

  • what the fuck is the point of being vegan? you die anyway, hell you could die tomorrow in car crash. i'd rather enjoy eating whatever the fuck i want and enjoy life.

  • @zz4r Well you can have a better quality of life. Who wants to live with diabetes or cancer?

  • @zz4r What is the fucking point of learning math and how to read? You'll die anyway. Stupid argument when you actually think about it. Think about it.

  • nice man good stuff

  • What do you think about Carnosine in the veg nutrition ? Should we take supplements with beta-alanine to help our body for the carnosine-synthesis ?

  • Some historical facts xD. Gladiators and most slave over history where mostly vegans, because meat was more expensive. Gladiators eats legumes, cereals and dried fruits and nuts. Also roman army was feed with cerealas and legumes and thouse soldier where the finest warriors on earth. Us navy also get most of their calories from beans that is why are a bean called navy bean. Do your maths when it comes to protein quality. And legumes do contain whole protein with the 9 aminoacids, meat do not

  • It will be so nice that most vegan forget the ridiculous fight they have with other humans, with other brothers. Jesus, our true king, teach us to love each other not to fight because some eat or some do not. In bible it says that meat and other things, like alcohol, are not good for you, but it also says that you don´t have to judge others. (roman 14:21) I´m vegan because it is the right thing to do, also do bodybuilding with great results but i treat others with respect .

  • You are a good person.

  • @IdentityHero lol

  • most black guys who eat meat have much bigger muscles

  • @iStrangleCats Really dude Iol. You must not live around any black people.

  • Comment removed

  • @S1L3nCe most body builders would not be either, what exactly is your point?

  • @S1L3nCe Excuse me, but, um, when was the last time you EVER met a bodybuilder who didn't take supplements? No offense, but that is the dumbest comment I have ever read. Seriously name one bodybuilder, vegan or non vegan, who doesn't take supplements?!?!?!?!?!?!?

  • @calico992 You are absolutely right man. Dumb and arrogant. I always thought that in order to be healthy on a vegan diet you had to take supplements. But in the last two months I've been doing some research and even testing myself and seeing great results.

What can I say... lesson learned. And keep working on my humility.

  • @IdentityHero

Cut it out man and grow up!

  • Jericho Sunfire Elitom Ben Yisrael Pralad Jani Wiley Brooks Jasmuheen Akahi + Camilla Henri Monfort Mony Vital and Project Camelot, Disclosure Project...2012, 5th dimension and the grids Learn all you can about these names and things, and judge for yourself if it's food keeping your body alive or your mental attitude to just get up and...create your life? Food puts mass on the body. Ask yourself if anyone on ANY diet who doesnt train hard... do they get fit? No. Your body IS your mind/mindset
  • Eliminate criticism?

Dude, if there weren't for criticism we would all use burning chainsaws for cleaning teeth!

These ''pure'' people who want everything to be good and shiny obviously don't know how nature works.

There is no life without death since they are two sides of the same coin.

    Deal with it!

  • LOVE AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE SOME TALK IT ACTIONS SPEAK

    WORD WRITE AND READ

  • @chamokc And you have evidence of that?? How do you know you're right?

  • Where is this guy today ? I can only find a brief obituary . Is he dead ?

  • that says it all! : )

  • hey vegvideo i like the philosophy pretty good, i wanted to start working out i'm new to this vegan life style which i think i will really like , what do recommend to eat before work out and after thanks a lot.

  • @2012soon2012 Dead animals!

  • god i love the veggy hating.. grow up punks :D

  • You wish....

  • eat some meat bitch hippy bitch

  • @fuckthepopeuvf I'd rather be a hippy than an orange hun biggoted prick.

  • you are the man

  • I have a question, not meaning to offend anyone. Why is it most bodybuilding videos have people waking up at three? Is there a reason for this

  • fuckin' jealous meet eater, how you can be so stupid, you have die with your fuking cholesterol and use your fucking steroids, so you have 100gk muscles, with steroids not because you eat meat

  • natural > roids

  • hes fuckin tiny for a bodybuilder, even a natural bodybuilder

  • I sign that too.... that was deep.

  • oh this Vegan guy is way 2 cool!

  • Iron Man 711 THUMBS UP ON YOUR COMMENT BELOW!! :)

  • This is exactly what I feel

  • Great vid... thoughtful with the right message. Thanks and good luck.

  • @murdzsuckit Actually, most of the fruit you see at the grocery stores were in fact made by man in labs. The American apple is a cross breed of two other fruits....look it up.

  • @ironman711 Yes some fruit has been hybridized, but not created in labs. You can't recreate what nature has given us. You can only modify, process, and destroy it. Fortunately, you can still buy organic and non-GMO foods. Nonetheless I would rather eat a hybridized apple than a piece of toxin loaded meat with fat soluble toxins lodged in it. Pesticides are up to 14 times higher in meat than in plant foods.

  • @TJBRaw777 Not in organic, grass-fed meat/wild game. And yes, some fruit HAVE been created in labs...how else would you think they would have thought about cross-breeding plants?

  • @TJBRaw777 All plants are hybrids so don't listen to these clowns saying fruit is bad. They're the ones still eating hybrid cows for lunch and dinner lol.

  • Sounds like Miles in the background!

  • @calico992 my guess is Coltrane.

  • wow.....thats a first.... a vegan that dosent live with his mother at age 40 :D congrats on ur epic life dude good job for real :)

  • He certainly the smallest bodybuilder I've ever seen. IF this is trying to prove that you don't need meat for muscle development, its horrible proof.

  • @bluegama500 size does not equal strength

  • @stiggyh It does to a certain degree. I love how vegans keep telling me that, yet none of them are as big as the "meat eaters".

This guy is just like an average man. But he is probably the biggest vegan lol.

Anyway in bodybuilding size DOES matter.

  • @bluegama500 you cant go against fact ... carl lewis was a vegan when he won the world championship

  • @stiggyh I like how you vegans always say everything fact without proof :P.

He won with that small body? I doubt there was heavy competition.

    No more arguing.

  • @bluegama500 carl lewis is a sprinter my friend not a body builder

  • @stiggyh Wait, are you talking about the guy in the video?

  • @stiggyh Actually, carl lewis won more championships before going vegan...fact.

  • @ironman711 he never broke the world record before he went vegan ... fact.

  • @stiggyh Yet he failed a drug test after he went vegan...fact.

  • @ironman711 he still became faster after going vegan ... fact .

  • @stiggyh bc he used steroids after going vegan....FACT.

  • @ironman711 vegetarians live longer than meat eaters ... FACT ! :)

  • @stiggyh vegetarians still consume fish and animal products...fact.

Oh and most meat eaters drink soda/alcohol, do tobacco(a plant), and consumes many more poisonous products...which are usually the causes in the less meat eaters longevity...NOT meat ;)

  • @ironman711 SOME vegetarians eat fish and some don't , so that isn't a fact at all . I pretty much eat vegan , no meat , no eggs ,no fish but I do occasionally like goat cheese on a salad so I'm not 100% vegan , technically this mean I'm vegetarian .You are right about the other poisons though . I know people who eat about 80% veggies & fruit and 20% meat , mostly bison, fish and turkey , and they seem pretty healthy .

  • @MindofaJedi THANK YOU FELLOW STAR WARS NERD!(I'm pretty sure you're partially vegan because of the Jedi way ;) )

I've only been thinking of mixing up the diets around: vegan-vegetarian-omnivore-carnivorous since I've read long term vegan slowly destroys the body but short term veganism cleanses the body. So the "in-the-middle" area is where I aim to do and same goes for the other diets like one each month throughout the year.

  • @MindofaJedi

Actually, there are studies correlating meat consumption with certain diseases. As in increased risk factors of 38% in one case. So be careful what you assume.

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 There are also studies showing that vegan women have more problems with hormone issues and anemia . Just being vegan does NOT make you healthy . You have to do it correctly . Anyway , I don't eat meat .

  • @MindofaJedi

I make a distinction between vegetarian diets and junk foodetarian diets. Most people who are vegetarian eat garbage food, like pizza, pasta, candy, etc. They are obviously doing it for ethical reasons. I am doing it mainly for health reasons, and when done this way it is the healthiest diet available. I am actually on a low carb vegetarian diet.

  • @ironman711 meat also contributes to death ... animal fats are not good ... no animal wants to die ;) thats karma... animals have souls too ;) thats a fact

  • @stiggyh so do veggies and fruits...people die if they eat certain fruit and veggies ;)...animal fats are indeed good...they are healthier than plant fats...

And sorry, I do not believe in fictional crap like "souls" and "karma". I use logic, not religious ideals.

  • @ironman711 animal fats are not good compared to plant fats ... and you call souls fictional crap... haha well good death to you into oblivion ... the rest of us vegetarians are going to heaven ;)

  • @stiggyh wtf is "heaven"? Is it like this fictional place called "Never Never Land" or "Utopia"?

Besides the Universe repeats itself anyway....

  • @ironman711 heaven is a place of great wonders and endless adventures my good man ;)

  • @stiggyh Have you been there??

  • @ironman711 no ... i just know theres a heaven ;)

  • @stiggyh Then how would you know if there's a heaven if you haven't been there/seen videos of it from people who have been there?

Do you believe there's a Never Never Land too??

  • @ironman711 How do you know there isn't? When you prove that there isn't then I'll understand your point of view. So before you start talking to people like there nuts, prove your theory and if you can't then don't expect to think other people are going to take your view. Do you believe there's a never never land?

  • @chamokc My proof of what? There's no "heaven"?? Easy: Talks about an afterlife started at the start of civilization to explain why and where people go when they die....

The only "never never land" is MJ's kiddie raping playground...

  • @ironman711 That is not substantial proof, Afterlife exists. The soul passes on to another body through transmigration on to another body based on our karmic actions. As we see in our present life the body is constantly changing from a boy to teenager to adult then to old man,but the soul remains. It's the lump of matter the body that changes. Based on our actions is what determines what body and where we(the soul; which is our mind, intelligence, and ego) will go in the afterlife.

  • @ironman711 If God or heaven never existed why do we die? Why is there even this conceptions of God? There is one spiritual abode and many other planetary systems that are much higher than Earth, but there is only 1 spiritual abode the resided above the material universe, and not anyone can just reach this place, it takes hard work and dedication. Just like in this world in order to achieve something great or get to a place we must have hard work and dedication.

  • @ironman711 The spiritual world is a perverted reflection of what this material world is. So technically this world is just a reflection and illusion to the real thing. Just like the shadow of the trees and forest we see on the river, we see an upside down reflection of the real thing , but that reflection is just a reflection it's not the real thing that is what this material world is the upside down reflection. Everyone in there heart has dormant this consciousness, until one day it's awaken

  • @stiggyh

When it comes to fat I think it's more a matter of PUFAs versus MUFAs and SAFAs. A balance of Mono and saturated fat is preferable, on a fairly low carb regimen, as well as a perfect balance of 0-6 and 0-3 when PUFAs are consumed, which IMO should only be minimally.

  • @bluegama500 "non of them as big as meat eaters.." I think u meant to say non of them as fat as meat eaters!...get your facts right!...lol

  • @AngelsRamin No, its muscle not fat. Is fat solid and does it stick out? Exactly.

Almost all vegetarians don't get the amino fatty acdis that are in meat. The vegans that do have to eat a very wide range of foods to get whats in meat. Like that vegan sprinter, he definitely eats a wide range of foods.

  • Meat and dairy corporates love to preach that you need animal products for everything. However, all land animals with the biggest strength and muscle mass on them are vegetarians. No lion will mess one-on-one with a full grown bull or an elephant. Not mentioning the ethical aspect of the whole thing.

  • ....Vegan Power?? But where are the muscles?....Hahaha^^

  • to live this way

it is not only a triumph of the body

it is a triumph of the spirit

  • this is a powerfull statement that i am intensely drawn to. i am 28 and a bodybuilder i want this mantra for myself i am afraid of getting scrawny as a ectomorph and even thinking of becoming vegan bodybuilder is down right scary yet your words harmonize with my mindset as a 28 year old man.

  • This is the best argument for Veganism I've ever seen. You go Kenneth :D!

  • you can digest urine does that mean you should?

you can digest McDonalds does that mean you should?

you can digest meat does that mean you should?

    kudos to this guy

  • @CerebralPrince10 you can digest, well can't say vegetables/grains as most vegetables/grains aren't FULLY digested.

The only reason there are fat "meat eaters" is because most of them DON'T exercise or consumes other foods besides meat, veggies, and fruit.

  • @ironman711 the reason why vegetables/grains may not be fully digested has nothing to do with the quality of the food, but because with our modern day diets the average digestive system is simply too weak to break down veggies and grains.

Do you honestly know a fat vegan? I know I dont and I highly doubt you do. A true "vegan" wouldn't be eating many of the foods that makes one fat, including but not limited to dairy and meat

  • @CerebralPrince10 There are websites for fat vegans. A true "vegan" is underweight and malnurished.

  • @ironman711 can you please give me examples of "fat vegan websites"?

Also it is ignorant of you to categorize all "true vegans" as underweight or malnurished since you don't know all vegans and vegans vary quite greatly in their diets

  • @CerebralPrince10 Veggies are also more likely to read the ingredients of what they consume... we know what we're eating. Obesity usually occurs because people eat a lot of things without reading the ingredients, and aren't aware of what they eat. It'd passive eating.

Besides that, many vegs are involved in animal or human rights campaigns, and boycott foods for ethical reasons (like boycotting Mars Candy for animal testing, and Nestle for child labor.)

  • I like to consider myself a vegetarian w/ vegan options... I will also cut down or eliminate dairy products all together on a meal by meal basis. I have been VEG for over 4 yrs. and still goin' strong and hardcore along w/ no drugs, alcohol, or smoking. Vegetarian/ Veganism is a good push in the right direction healthwise not to mention ethical values for all living creatures humans and animals alike. I have been sculpting my ideal physique for 1 month now. I am xtremely HI Protein and low fat.

  • he drives a crx awesome! :)

  • i bet he would be twice as big if he was not vegan

  • @TheMamaluigi2 Only if you mean big & fat.

  • @SKITTZ0 fat is actually good even though people don't want it (because it looks ugly which is a stupid reason) fat allows you to store food i am a bit fat however i can go a whole day only eating one meal

  • @TheMamaluigi2 You're a bit fat?I never would have guessed, you sound like such an expert on health with your enlightening pro meat statements,I assumed you were ripped to the core...and by the way, fat's not agood thing, quit fooling yourself. The ideal amount of body fat by a health standpoint foranyone, any age is 5 to 7 percent. No more,no less.Chances are,if that's what your body fat percentage is andyou can bench your body weight and leg press twice your body weight, you are a well oiled machine.

  • @NickyGrimms yeah? at least i can admit it plus downing yourself to personal insults doesn't help your argument at all in fact it makes it worse any way i didn't mention how fat i was i haven't tested or whatever the fuck you need to find fat percentage and finally yes fat is good not to much though i agree with you on that if a fat guy and a body builder where stuck in the desert the fat guy would live longer because he/she already has food and water stored in them

  • Comment removed

  • @TheMamaluigi2 Good job on at least being able to admit you are gluttonous and lazy. And you're right, a fat guy will last longer in the desert than a guy who is in great shape... if they're both stuck in one spot and can't move... In any other situation though, my money is on the guy with the muscle to have the drive, athleticism, awareness, and mental strength to make it out of a ''lost in the desert'' type situation.

  • @NickyGrimms *sigh* must i say it again desgrading to personal insults doesn't help you at all anyway you might be right the fit guy might survive longer however a vegan woundn't survive a day being vegan makes you weak and considering vegans care so much for there little forest critters i dout a vegan has it in them to kill and skin a animal instead they will be the dinner to the animal that they refused to kill

  • @TheMamaluigi2 =MORON. Must I say it again?

Your stereotypical omni point of view due to ignorance in regards to the Vegan lifestyle and those who are Vegan is annoying as hell.

First off,Most Vegans would do whatever they have to do to survive in the wild even if that means kill.My conscience would allow me to sleep again.Second, just to throw out a few names...Asides from Ken Williams...9 time olympic gold medalist Carl Lewis,UFC 6 winner Mac Danzig,Robert Cheeke,John Salley,do your research.

  • @NickyGrimms Carl Lewis used roids, Mac Danzig sucks and is probably going to be cut form the UFC due to his sucking... Didn't really read much of your convo with this other guy, So I dunno of you're pro or against meat. Based on this comment you seem to be against it, but, just an FYI, when it comes to athleticism/sports and especially MMA which I believe to be the best athletes in the world atm, meat eaters are dominating those fields :)

  • @TheThirdTheMagical Mac Danzig sucks? Is that why he won UFC unleashed and destroyed all omnivorous opponents? He is still in the UFC and doing well.

  • @777TylerJB You mean he won TUF The reason he beat everyone on TUF is because he had experience on all of those guys, not a big accomplishment considering the competition in that season. Anyways you are incorrect, right now he has lost 4/7 fights in the UFC, 3 of those loses coming in a row, in his last 10 fights he has lost 6 of them, he also lost his last fight at UFC 115, funny part is he loses to no name fighters. Looks like his omnivorous opponents are destroying him. He sucks, good try tho

  • @TheThirdTheMagical "the reason he beat everyone on TUF is because he had experience". Nice excuse. The reason he won is because he was better. His diet could also be a factor. He is vegan but in an interview when asked what he eats he said vegan ice cream and cookies or whatever he wants. So he definitely isn't a healthy vegan. He is eating foods that resemble an omnivorous diet.

  • @777TylerJB It's not an excuse, it is fact. No one is denying that he was better than everyone on that show, but that is because he had more experience in MMA than anyone on that show. But see when he got into the UFC and started fighting other people with just as much experience he started losing :) I'm pretty sure he is healthy leading up to a fight, he doesn't eat those things during his training camp which generally last 10-12 weeks up until the fight. Again, good try :)

  • @777TylerJB "the reason he won is because he was better"

Yeah...many experienced fighters are better than most people that go on TUF. Which is why most of them go off to win TUF. But in danzig's last 6 fights, he has only won 2(from ufc's website). Sorry, but he's not a "dominating" fighter...and it could be his diet as a reason why he isn't "as good" as the other fighters.

  • @777TylerJB I don't see danzig in any PPVs...I don't consider that "doing well"...it shows that he isn't good enough to fight against real opponents in a championship match...Most UFC ultimate fighters have gone off to win a championship...he's pretty much the only one who hasn't been able to compete for a title because he loses matches he needed to win.

  • @TheMamaluigi2 i wish he lives twice as long for being a vegan :).

  • @vasant85 he wont why? because without meat unless he eats diary (which i guess means hes not vegan) he wont get enough calcium so his bones will get weaker faster (due to age) so his muscles will crush his bones and he'll have to be in a wheel chair

  • @TheMamaluigi2 You're a moron, first off it's dairy, not diary. A diary is a personal journal and those usually don't have any calcium at all... and when it all comes down to it, the amount of calcium in milk is canceled out by all the bad it does for your bones and body. Just about every milk replacement out there (ex: almond milk, delicious!) has just as much calcium without all the saturated fat, etc... These guys don't have weak bones at all, ask Carl Lewis how weak his bones are right now.

  • Great video. :) Keep showing the world how it's done!

  • haha u wake up @ 3 ... i havent even gone to sleep then

  • Well if he is vegan then i assume he gets his protein from whey or legumes

However, this does not mean you should just completely stop eating meat. Meat not only has protein but other nutrients that your body needs. In fact too much vegetables can be a bad thing.

  • @fromstart2finish Please explain how too much vegetables can be a bad thing?

  • @SKITTZ0

    google too much vegetables

  • Offffff man .

    thats sad /

no vegan can build muscles .

    i cant , and i wont ,

  • @Arajack you´re a meat eater = you´re brainless.

  • @sallesluciana 1st thanks for calling me brainless .

    2nd i dont eat meat .

  • Great video! Inspires me very much.

  • @Kimberlily you must be an angry lesbian up set with males of the world. It's ok get some counseling.

  • @ahart21 FYI, I swing both ways, actually, and I love men and women with morals. :)

  • @ahart21 Yeah, be a man, rape some women, abuse some kids, show the world who's boss!

Any real man has a sense of moral decency, and will refuse to harm others.

  • Well, Joe Rollino died at 104 years old. He was a strongman-competitor.

  • @djsvenna joe rollino wasnt a "vegan"

  • @envisionstar I've seen conflicting information on him. He was at least a vegetarian, but it's possible that later on in life he became a vegan. I'm not sure if there are any conclusive records, unfortunately.

  • LOL at all the envious red meat eating fat fucks who are lashing out at this video for challenging their pre-conceived and false notions that you need meat in order to be strong.

There are plenty of great sources of protein in non animal products such as hemp, legumes, quinoa, amaranth, organic soy, etc.

So you can get great sources of protein without all of the saturated fat, growth hormones, and colon clogging meat.

  • @KevinBusomjack ya fat fucks :) man all these fattie mick back fats on here, wow lemme tell ya... they just need a gay guy to unclog their colon then they'll be fine

  • @KevinBusomjack

It's not the same kind of protein. Learn chemistry or go back to elementary school.

  • @fartingsuperpenis

Not the same kind of protein? Which amino acid specifically are the protein sources I mentioned earlier missing? Hemp, quinoa and amaranth are COMPLETE protein sources meaning they contain all essential amino acids. The only amino acid they have a bit less of is methionine but excessive methionine has been proven to shorten your lifespan anyways so that is actually a good thing.

  • @KevinBusomjack its how they grew up man, im sure u did, and if u didnt then ur the fairy fuck who has just as much of a closed mind as the fat fuck red meat eaters

  • @KevinBusomjack well said :)

  • @KevinBusomjack Word. All these ignorant people are ridiculous. Mike Tyson is a vegan. If he's not "tough" who is?

  • @lifeisbeautiful1748 Mike Tyson is also fat...and there are plenty of fat vegans...not just the stereotypical underweight looking vegans.

  • @lifeisbeautiful1748 Umm didn't he just recently turn vegan though? He was tough when he was a dominant boxer, pretty sure he also wasn't vegan then though. Now he spends his days punching camera men. So what do we have here? old school Iron Mike Tyson known for knocking people the fuck out = not vegan... Mike Tyson known for picking fights with camera men = vegan... hmmm HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH

  • another thing i find amusing is that you cannot answer any of my questions nor prove me wrong. and what is this "wake up call"? Show me evidence of people living past 100 yrs on veggies, prove me wrong on the larger brain issue the frail and weak malnutrition issue depression exercise and the fact that u can live solely on meat alone for yrs without exhibiting much micro nutrient deficiency PROVE ME WRONG, they dont put that kind of info on your little pamphlets at the health food store do they

  • @envisionstar Fortunately, we already have evidence about what happens when people live on meat alone: sailors going off to explore the new world during the Renaissance. These people had to eat dried meat, fish, etc. for months on end at times, and they had no access to fresh produce, obviously. They got scurvy from lack of vitamin C and died.

Anyone who's interested in the scientific facts about veganism can see the ADA and Dietitians of Canada's joint position paper on vegetarianism/veganism.

  • @kimberlily1983 so one negative means veganism is better, shit vegans have MANY deficiencies so dont gimme that bullshit

  • @envisionstar Not vegans who know how to do it right, sweetie.

  • @kimberlily1983 logically that doesnt make sense when there clearly are deficiencies in all vegans diets, some more than others, i have deficiences in mine so dont gimme that

  • @envisionstar:

If you have deficiencies in your diet, whatever the diet, then that is your own choice. Spend more effort on getting everything your body needs.

  • @NineInchSamusAran please re-read what u just wrote and tell me thats a logical coherent statement. so you mean to tell me without going to a physician that you are 100% positive you do not lack in any area of your diet, get the fuck out of here lol. you're just speculating that you aren't deficient u dont know ahhhaaaaaaa

  • @envisionstar:

I listen to my body. It tells me loud and clear when I am deficient in something, and then I remedy the situation by altering my diet. e.g. when I was exercising heavily and wasn't getting enough protein, my body told me so through aching muscles after I slept. So now I have added several protein rich foods to my diet, and no longer have such an issue. Same for every other deficiency that I've come up against.

I am sorry if you don't know how to listen to your body.

  • @NineInchSamusAran i figure i'll respond since i cant resist =). i like how u just assume shit, i dont know how to listen to my body?? where did i mention anything aluding to that? please show me.

  • @envisionstar:

The fact that you think someone eliminating deficiencies in their diet via listening to what their body needs -- clearly shows that you lack the ability to listen to your own body.

  • @envisionstar:

As you seem clueless of what comes from plant sources, and what comes from meat sources, do you eat any products containing: wheat, oats, corn, rice, soy, nuts, etc.? Clue: anything that isn't animal is plant.

Do you eat sandwiches or just slabs of meat? Do you eat any processed food like Pizza Pops (they're all mostly plant, not animal)? Do you eat chips? Crackers? Bread? Rice? Cookies? Pop/Soda? Juice? Cereal? Soup? Chili? Pasta? Sauces? They're all majority or entirely plant.

  • @NineInchSamusAran lol seems to me like ur just here to argue no one cares, soys fuckin horrible for you, thats why kids get autism due to their "hip" mothers eating that shit. stay up homie keep slammin that soy and watch ur test drop down and get cancer =), dont even respond no one cares what u have to say. i only read one of ur responses cuz ur an idiot, ur trying to belittle my intelligence with ur loaded questions, like i said no one cares.

  • @envisionstar:

You totally ignored everything I said, and replied to something I didn't say.

I never mentioned myself eating soya products -- and in fact don't eat much soy, and when I do it's almost never the heavily processed kind (same for all food types). Whole foods are more nutritious.

I responded to the ridiculous claims of eating a "mostly meat" diet. No groups in modern society eat "mostly meat". Even the biggest meat eaters and worst junk-food eaters eat tons of non-meat products.

  • @envisionstar:

I know when I am deficient, as I listen to what the cells in my body need. This is a skill which is avoided in modern society (there's no profit in people being in tune with the needs of their bodies, it eliminates the need for expensive medications and such), but it doesn't get any more basic. All animals throughout nature know how to determine what they need, it's *not* unique to humans!

What do you think "cravings" are? Your cells telling you that they need something.

  • @envisionstar: "when there clearly are deficiencies in all vegans"

Does spouting falsehoods make you feel better about yourself, or why do you do it?

Humans are perfectly capable of having a completely balanced diet as a herbivore, the same as they are perfectly capable of having a fully balanced diet as an omnivore. *Most* people don't have a balanced diet, regardless of whether they eat animal products or not.

But please, fill me in on what is impossible to get via vegan sources? Heh.

  • @NineInchSamusAran now i say stuff to make myself feel better? u must be a female because only females read into shit too much, im saying what im saying im not "trying" to say something else, im not a bitch if i was "trying" to say something, i'd just say it lol.

  • @envisionstar:

"logically that doesnt make sense when there clearly are deficiencies in all vegans diets"

Being that not all vegan diets have deficiencies, your "logic" is in fact a fallacy.

  • @envisionstar:

Humans can live healthy, full lives as either omnivores or herbivores, but not carnivores. Humans suffer extreme nutrient deficiency on a carnivorous diet and die rather quickly (takes months, not years). If you don't believe me, try it yourself. :-)

Remember, the majority of *your* diet is not meat, it is plants. I can say this with 100% assurance, because you wouldn't be alive to write YouTube comments if the case were not so.

  • @NineInchSamusAran the majority of my diet is not plant its mostly dairy and meat yes there are veggies. im not going to argue with ur genius.....LMAO research the deficiencies ur so called perfect diet has then come back and tell me what you learned today in class. ur making it seem like im advocating a 100% all meat diet when thats just rediculous

  • @envisionstar: "the majority of my diet is not plant its mostly dairy and meat"

No, it is not, unless you're one of the bottom 1% of the population in terms of diet and health. Go look at your last large grocery shopping list, and find out for yourself which products came from animals and which from plants. Even the processed meats contain far more plants than animals. You're deluding yourself if you think you eat a minority of plant based foods.

  • @NineInchSamusAran i dont know why the fuck u keep hammering away at one thing i said lol, u apparently think im belittling plants or something lol, NO ONE CARES actin stupid, just go cry and hug a tree

  • @NineInchSamusAran Sorry, but to correct you, many humans have and still do live on a carnivorous diet. And I mean carnivorous. Many tribes in Africa/South America/Asia live on mostly raw meat and live long and healthy lives. Mostly because they stay in shape so they can hunt down their food, not just go to a grocery store like most people like you and I. Before arguing for one side, maybe you should get information on both sides before ignorantly talking about something you aren't too informed.

  • @ironman711 Dude, that would be mathmatical!

  • @ironman711:

The lifespans of groups that eat mostly meat still supplement their diet with plant-based foods -- unlike actual carnivores that do not require any plant-based foods for survival. Those groups you talk about were omnivores by definition, they just ate a lot of meat (like modern society eats a lot of processed animal and plant products).

  • @NineInchSamusAran False. Many carnivorous animals like the big cats tend to munch on grass every now and then. And the tribes I were talking about eat only raw meat. I know you wouldn't know anything about the many different tribes out there...you just choose to ignore the facts showing humans are healthier with meat in their diet than completely relying on plants...even vegans have to supplement their diet with pills.

  • @ironman711:

Felines eat grass to settle upset stomachs, it's an anti-nausea. It doesn't provide them with required dietary nutrition, and they can stay alive for normal life spans without grass.

Humans by comparison can not stay alive for long on a pure meat (that means NO PLANT PRODUCTS FOR NUTRITION ALL YEAR ROUND) for long before dying of nutrient deficiencies.

  • "you just choose to ignore the facts showing humans are healthier with meat in their diet"

There are healthy and unhealthy herbivore and omnivore diets. There are no healthy carnivore diets for humans. The health of a diet has only to with acquiring the required nutrients, while not adding excessive toxins. Both vegan, vegetarian and animal-supplemented diets can all be nutritionally complete for human beings.

Remember, the animals you are eating for nutrients got their nutrients from plants.

  • @NineInchSamusAran So do you wash every plant you eat? Because if you don't, you're consuming harmful bacteria.

Also, "the animals you are eating for nutrients got their nutrients from plants" is the same as saying the plants you are eating for nutrients got their nutrients from the sun. Besides, many teenagers and adults who try to go vegan tend to become very sick and needed to go back to consuming meat....after consuming meat, they got back to being healthy.

  • @ironman711 Dead animals have no life force and are the most acidic lowest-nutritional thing you can eat. Our digestive acids aren't designed to handle cooked dead meat. Dairy and eggs are also the same. The highest nutritious foods
