i thought (from WW2 docs) that round parachutes didnt allow for proper steering, that rectangle parachutes were better for controlling.

just to show you how old this showing is...3/73 Armor (the guys who own the tanks/ bradleys that were being lape'd in and dropped) is now 3/73 cav...3/73 cav has no bradleys or tanks...and was stood up initially in 2006
