I think they have really cut back on running the Himalaya fast. This newer type has no hills, pretty lame. But the old school ones i remember as a kid they rad them all-out. But i think someone got hurt and they are scared to run it fast like it should be anymore.
Like this Himalaya too but like Reverchon's alot better . Friend Tyrone May does not like this Himalaya only Reverchons . Although this is a second generation ride .
Thanks for sharing this video. This is actually a "second generation" Himalaya, not as cool as the original Reverchon models from the 60's (which would beat up the riders more and had more hills and steeper drops in the track). Still a great ride!
Oh yeah, the Reverchon one. I'll get a video of that one soon, if I see it again at another carnival. I rode that last week - at another Westland carnival - but forgot to record it. I will record the Reverchon one when I see it again.
