I believe, personally, if this song was sung in a lower key, but just barely lower, it would fully accentuate your musical talent. Other than that, great job. Pronuciation can always be worked on and aside from all of that you should be good.

You did well but lost me at the end. I like to hear it sung as it should be, without variation or personalization. IF you can hit those two high pitches at the end, holding them with confidence, then that shows your ability to sing the song as it should be sung.

Im sorry but I think youre wrong. If you wouldve read the contest page on usaweekend you wouldve read the main theme, which was singing the Star Bangled Banner in your own notes. The whole thing is about the guy who got boo'd when he decided to sing the National Anthem as he wanted. Im sure she has the ability and the confidence to sing it as the note sheet says being that Ive seen her sing all my life and that we bleed the same blood....
