I honestly don't think so..I mean why would Rachel Bilson choose to make a video with pictures of her X-Boyfriend more then a year after they broke up. Plus Rachel hasn't seen Mischa in over a year (she said so herself) so again it is weird to put her in the video. She was suppose to put a video up a while ago saying she was Rachel tooto prove it. And on the account it says she is 28, Rachel is 27 I did really like the video, and if she really is Bilson then I am really sorry, I just need proof.
