Interesting, I don't claim to be anything but an amateur. Choosing to not be paid for my dance love is not exactly an insult, though is it? The timing in this dance is On2, do you know what that is? And who defined salsa to only include your version of upper body movement & history?

Who are you? Where are videos of you dancing your version of salsa? How about you give us a demonstration of your own?

While you are entitled to your own opinion, it is, quite honestly, meaningless to me.

You've got to be kidding me! The reason why I told you to take a look at Mouaze Konate, Eddie Torres or Adolfo is because they are masters On2 or New York mambo. I make salsa music and played with Ismael Rivera in Pourto P.R . I also know the master On2 Eddie for 25 years. You're off time most of the time, spins without spotting and bump to much also feel the music. If you are in NY look for Eddie Torres that he will be able to help you with the fundamentals On2.

What is Mambo On2? Number 1: find all eight counts of the music and dance with the music. Number 2 : break on the second salsa beat of the music. Number 3: you actually only step on the 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7th salsa beats. The 4th and 8th are pauses in the step. . Mambo On2 started in Puerto Rico over 50 years ago.

I am on old old salsero playing salsa music since 1952 with lot mandinga and salsa into my blood. Search for Orquesta Panamericana and you'll be able to see me on stage, but that you might call too old. Good luck with your Rock n Roll turn patterns or salsa without soul or connection to music.

I have reason to believe you are salsaNYstyle in disguise. I saw your comment and thought to myself....Who Tha' F is this asshole? You think that because you play it you are an authority in the field of dancing?? I doubt Eddie Torres or Adolfo would criticize someone the way you've been doing.

It's also funny to see that the guy...Nelson Martinez shows the same amount of upper body movement..... as CasaSalsa's guy. But salsaNYstlyle fails to criticize Nelson the way he criticized Christian.

6 million copies?? Where did you get that number from. I still believe any fan of Beny Moré or Machito would consider La Panamericana, una orquesta de garage. What can you say about a band that loses someone like Maelo over a girl..Come one. Where's the professionalism?

You guys are good dancers, just the guy love to spin the girl as many as he can, and he's ending up with short time to start next bar of music and sometimes no prep. but totally they have understanding of their music and beats, even though there are few off-beat moments, totally it's very good.

they are very awesome,..and im proud to say that they are good friends..oscar has the best lead in south florida..for me he has the perfect lead and danielle her spins are great and she is known for being a great follower.great video guys
