Dr. Benjamin may be a good doctor, but she is NOT a healthy example for the American people. Not to be unkind, but she is FAT (nothing to do with dress size as she stated recently in an interview). Her body FAT index is way over what it should be. She is a tremendous candidate for heart disease and diabetes, as well as other health problems. She is NOT a good example of fitness. She needs to wake up and look in a mirror. FAT is not FIT.
