  • This is a remarkable song that has stuck inside my head for decades. I love to hear versions of it and this one is wonderful....Les Baxter, unsung genius..let's honor this man with a television special or a box set of CD's and maybe a good biography ..

  • muzzy is my grandfather and it is great to see and hear so many of his different recordings.

  • Wow, thanks so much for posting this!! Muzzy whistled beautifully... It certainly has become a lost art, to whistle so musically.

  • Muzzy is my distant cousin!! ;)) Love this...

  • That was great! Billions of people can put their lips together and blow, but can't make it sound like that. A real gift. Beautiful stuff. Thanks for sharing it.

  • I tend to think of Andrew Bird, one of my favorite performers, when I think of whistling — and I still do — but wow... Muzzy's whistling is beautiful!

  • This whistling grabbed my attention during boyhood and has lingered on for almost an eternity (so to speak). It sounds so uncontrived...carefree. It's a pleasure listening to, even during these senior years.

  • Cool!

  • This has to be the best whistling I've ever heard. Just beautiful.

  • Beautiful video and it's arrangement.

  • un maestro!

  • I used to watch Muzzy Marcellino perform live at tapings of Art Linkletter's House Party at CBS Television City in the 1960's (one summer I went 11 times). His artful whistling always impressed me.
