Voters registered to empty lots and where numbers were normally 2000, they found 26,000 in Houston's "predominantly black district, which has led some to accuse the group of targeting poor black areas. Congress needs to amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require photo IDs when voting, either by mail (a photocopy of ID) or at the polling place. Heck, if you go to any of the warehouse stores (ie. Costco, Sam's, BJ's) you need to show your photo ID so they check that you are not using someone else's card. Like don't you think that protecting the integrity of our election process shouldn't be at least as of paramount importance.
