Quran 24:31 it clearly describes that a women must hide her beauty from all but their family, (and castrated slaves, or small children who have no sense of nakedness or the shame of sex.) It says that women should not strike the ground to draw attention to what must be hidden.

Christian nuns also cover their hair, Buddhist nuns shave off their hair, Sikh girls are recommended to wear a turban.

Saying that women must "...cover themselves with a veil TO PROTECT THEM FROM BEING TREATED LIKE OBJECTS" simply agrees with me that the quran says if you SEE them then they are sex objects. The verse in question is not about what Allah sees, she sees everything, it's about what men outside the family see.

3rd stereotype - Muslim food is better than non-muslim food. This is mainly to do with halal meat. From my personal point of view taking away life from an animal is bad either the haram way or the halah way, because animals do have the ability to feel pain. Halah meat requires the animal to endure more pain because the neck of the animal is half cut to make the animal to bleed but continue the heart beating. After the animal has suffered diabolical pain, then the rest of the neck is cut off.

Well actually it is a minority of non-muslim women are scantily clad and walk around in bikinis, just like only a minority of muslims are terrorists (even though u only need a small number to do a big damage).
