howdy Bill, what size rims are you using? I have a BSA B33 500 i'm building which is quite similar though i'm not sure if i should stick with 19" rims or maybe go to 18's with larger tyres, possibly even maybe an 18" rear and 19" front.
The rims are stainless 19" WM2's obtained from India (Royal Enfield). I used 3.50 x 19 tires front and rear. There's a better selection of brands and styles with 18" tires. But, you have to use shorter spokes and may experience incorrect speedometer readings when the outside diameter of the tire is different than.the original one.
