To all those who are asking: After memory block 2 (once you have killed both the slaver and the "Doctor") you will be taken out of the Animus to find it has overheated, have a little convo with Lucy if you want then go to your room, you will find that someone has been in your room and has left your wardrobe open, in the wardrobe you will find a passcode for the door. (Now the magical moment) Open your door and you will find Lucy has dissapeared although the forgetful girl has left her pen ---

i think sub 16 killed lucy's friend (who vidik says comitted suicide), because thats alot of blood for one man to loose and still be alive. obviously if sub 16 is alive he had to have escaped....so maybe vidik told lucy that her friend killed herself to cover his mistake. desmond asked about the blood,and sub 16 says there is no time to explain.

let me explain it to you my friend. well as you heard from the game doing stuff in the animus is using the butterfly effect and your actions in it might change the current flow of time as well as the future. so in Assasin's creed II when Ezio talk with Leonardo they might as well cut his finger off but since the butterfly effect could of taken effect it changed the flow of time and chance the fact that ezio did not lose his finger. i hope this tells you something about it
