  • wow!!!

  • back when artists and record companies had the same goals

  • I really think that Brian's Red Special guitar should go with him, even when he leaves this world. It's so much part of him, sort of like an extension of his body and soul. It's just a unique magical sound that he creates with each Queen song. One of the best guitarist in the world and one that no one can really copy!

  • @MsSweetunes I'd like to see it in the rock and roll hall of fame. What other guitarist made his own guitar out of an old mantle because he couldn’t afford a Strat?

I'm glad for one that he couldn’t afford it. There is a company making "Brian May Guitars" now, but there will only be one "old lady" "Fireplace" or "Red Special" lol

Dr. May is a true gentleman and I am glad I had the pleasure of working with him. It was an honor to me.

  • @kutzbill I don't know you, but I feel you have great respect for Brian. It's amazing how everything in the universe just fell into place so that these four talented musicians could find each other & become such a beloved rock band. Freddie, leaving Zanibar & relocating just a block away from Brian. Brian & Roger being friends in a band called Smile. Freddie's best friend Tim Staffell, lead singer for "Smile", introducing him to Brian & John. Freddie replacing Tim when he left Smile. Wow!

  • @MsSweetunes A good friend of mine has the tambourine that Freddie threw at the live aid concert in England. I'd also like to see that in the hall of fame too.

  • This CD was released 21 years before I was born, so it is my favorite Queen album

  • Luv u Brian

  • Man I wish they did this documentary for every QUEEN album. They were so great.

  • I love this song ♥ ♥

  • they have prophet's song it's an extra

  • I'm kinda sad they skipped out on Prophet's Song. Those harmonies blow my mind.

  • Bohemian Rhapsody was great, but I don't think it was Queen's best.

  • i love this song, it's one of my favourites ever but i hate it when people stick with this, we will rock you, we are the champions and think they know all they have to about queen. they have countless great songs that were never that popular like Millionaire Waltz, Nevermore, Ogre Battle, Flick of the wrist, Mustapha, The Prophet's Song and many more..

  • @stathistate So true!!! I love bohemian rhapsody, but there are just too many more to love just as much - in the lap of the gods, death on two legs, '39, spread your wings and its really never ending!

  • I see this song as the crown jewel of their collection...but I love all of their songs as well...and it annoys me too when people stay with the "popular" Queen songs. I wish they'd all explore more of their music.

My boyfriend actually knew all the words to We Are The Champions before I did and he didn't even know who Freddie Mercury was until I told him.

  • Hey, I love Queen as well as the next person, but "greatest song ever written" is a bit of a stretch. It's a Queen Kool-Aid drinker's babbling statement.

  • @atty1chgo I agree, but while it's far from other "best song ever written"(Like A Rolling Stone, Purple Haze, Stairway To Heaven), it comes close, when you want it to.

  • Never have seen a band as good as queen, nor a song as good as bohemian rhapsody. never have, and sure as hell never will see anything this perfect :)

  • They should do one of these for every queen album.

  • @queenmercury1991 except the flash album but keep flash and the hero as extras for a different time

  • The best ever. Queen 4 Ever!!!

  • Wait. They completely missed out Prophets Song?... That's kinda sad really, it was always one of my favourites.

  • i feel the exact same way, such a great song, and so epic, how could they just not talk about it

  • @TheGerkuman that's because the Prophets Song wasn't actually on the original album, it was just a prophesised song, and it was prophesised by the prophet Freddy Mercury that it would only be on one random album in the entire world, so you must be the lucky owner of that unique one off album!

    Care to sell it?

  • Thanks so much for posting this. Night at the Opera will always be one of Queen's, and one of 20th century music's, greatest achievements.

  • totally agree

  • agreee!

  • nice
