I nearly got killed at the palace.. Did not miss nothing Blackwater and other mercs and the state department were there. The PX sucked. 2005

Pretty dang funny! I have played guitar in and on the balconies of The Palace, very surreal. Our bands Tuff Boxx and Sunburn also convoyed by MRAP, Hummer, Stryker vehicles, and flew by rotary, and fixed wing all over Iraq to perform at just about every small FOB and JSS that no big name act would go. 200+ missions complete...going home now.

Great song! I was a WSI Firefighter over there and this song reminds me of how the company bounced me all around the Iraq theater. I was stationed and Camp Victory for six months and never went inside the Palace! Then it was off to Camp Echo down in Diwaniyah... And from there, I pretty much went to every camp, FOB, and air base in the country!

Awesome song. You've got talent. My cousin is in Iraq.. He wants to join the 82nd Airborne, just like my granddad did back in early 1943. He is in the 1st Inf, I think.

Hey I was in Diwaniyah too! Congrats on a great song! The theme kind of reminds me of that Johnny Cash song i've been everywhere even though your song is different.
