@HASHEAVEN -- I've thought of that too, over the years... it's impossible to prove but it is logical. These crazy mass migrations everywhere started when USSR broke up. A replacement for "red menace" was necessary to justify a police state. It makes sense, the only problem is USA never does anything that makes sense.... which makes me doubt this line of reasoning.
