Try "southparkclub.webs.com" .... they're a new website and they upload any video that you want. Just name the vid and they'll most probably have it. I tried it and its really good.

actually it isnt frame by frame... i guess it only looks like that because of the camstudio... it had messed up settings.. compare this video to others i have now, like the Mindfreak one for example... and its not like this.
