@rhinomantis88 That's the style back when the cartoon was first made. They're called baby doll dresses I believe. They were short dresses that show bloomers. It's still a popular look or babies & toddlers. Shirley Temple wore baby doll dresses too.

How come in little lulu all the boys are fully but girls wear microskirts and dresses showing thier panties and in the intro we hear this weird guy expressing his feelings for lulu? This is a kids show, not pornography

@bogercs Cultural context, my friend. In the 1940-60s it was acceptable for little girls to curl their hair and wear short dresses showing a little bit of underwear (it was thought of a cute and innocent, not sexual at all...even now, i wouldn't think of "porn" if a little girl was wearing a shorter skirt and her diapers were showing). Right before Tommy gave Lulu a flower, a girl shows romantic interested in a boy and skips away with him. I assume youve probably ever seen this cartoon yourself.
