His website sells 2 VHS tapes of his shows. 2 problems though. The first one was not one of his best shows and the second one has tremendous noise in the audio so was useless. They only cost $5 a piece though....

@soldoutshows I've done some reading up on the subject and you are correct, however it seems that his brother did (with Leo's permission and with conditions) start to do an act that over time became almost indistinguishable from the real Gallagher's act, and this resulted in a lawsuit that ended in the younger brother not being allowed to perform as Gallagher. To those who cant look past the Up Front humor of today, this humor is that of making a point. If you found stuff under your cushions or you used to jump on couch's because you found it fun you'd understand what he's doing. Its also a type of humor of a guy his age doing childish things.
Yeah it's weird- I grew up with his standups (Melon Crazy and Overboard are favorites) and think he is an incredibly intelligent, politically astute guy who is underrated because so many people misunderstand the concept behind him smashing food (which was meant to be satire, and the audience loved it so much he kept it up).
So I don't know if it's that misunderstanding that makes him bitter and kind of a dick behind the scenes or whatever, but he really kind of seems to be.
Yes, well remember this Krispy: 99.9%comedians are extremely misserable people in their personal lives. They often suffer from severe depression and turn to comedy and heavy drug use in order to feel good. There are countless numbers of Well Known Comedians who have a reputation of being total ass holes off stage. SO yes, this would explain Gallagher's infamous reputaion of being a total prick.

Yeah it's weird- I grew up with his standups (Melon Crazy and Overboard are favorites) and think he is an incredibly intelligent, politically astute guy who is underrated because so many people misunderstand the concept behind him smashing food (which was meant to be satire, and the audience loved it so much he kept it up).
So I don't know if it's that misunderstanding that makes him bitter and kind of a dick behind the scenes or whatever, but he really kind of seems to be.

Yes, well remember this Krispy: 99.9%comedians are extremely misserable people in their personal lives. They often suffer from severe depression and turn to comedy and heavy drug use in order to feel good. There are countless numbers of Well Known Comedians who have a reputation of being total ass holes off stage. SO yes, this would explain Gallagher's infamous reputaion of being a total prick.
