I can see the blink 182 comparisons (listen to the chord progressions) and for me blink played a big part in my teenage years but i wouldn't say blink were even comparable to the greatness of NAD
The band have a new live CD/DVD out filmed May 2009 features interviews with all the original band members. Go to the big cartel website & search for Ned's Atomic Dustbin. Get your name on the artwork & a discount of 15%
@SlashWorshipper1993 umm WHO Is Comparing Blink182 with NED'S...I mean there is NO comparison... Blink is GAY (no offense to my gay people) and NED is AWESOME...simple.. sorry all you blink fans
love the idea that South America loves the neds. Even if you English, still love you. Play the Neds at work, play or love. I live in an Alp locked country and still try to gently play the music along with new music. Well played.
Definately a band that managed to work and represent a particular time (early 90s for me) very well - looking back they make so many current bands look like ridiculous try-hard phonies by comparision.
I would go as far to say that God Fodder is up there with best albums ever. FACT. Well a fact in my world anyway. I'm so glad I was a teenager in the early 90's.
I;ve only just recently stumbled across this band thanks to an Internet Radio forum and dear god do I love this band. This song has to be one of my favs of those I've heard so far. The sound is just so innocent and drifting but at the same time the issues behind it stand out, it's an odd combo, similar talent to the late Shannon Hoon only in a completely different way. Loving it, I WANT MORE! lol
...these guys kickass.i grew up sk8ing to these guys..and still do after 20 years.and everytime i hear em ....trips me away! wpg.mb

I think they shuold do a world tour just one big date in each country. I'm in Australia and would happily fly to Sydney or Melbourne to see them.
Pisses me off how bands just play four shows a year at the same old venues. Bring it back guys!!!

The Blink bassist is apparently a huge Ned's fan :P You wouldn't know it by listening to him play though.

I can hear it... so I cant believe you think that.
You have to understand blink 182 changed alot to fit the pop market. Their influence can be heard on the older (and best albums they had)

God I miss Ned's. Unique sound, unique live shows. This is one of my all-time favorite Ned's songs, complete with a "Die Hard" soundbyte.
