I was a big fan of.. books. Yeah, I was and still am awfully indiscriminate. I do remember really liking the Boxcar Children, and My Father's Dragon. Wow... I am now remembering that My Father's Dragon was pretty much a literary masterpiece, and I wish I could go find it right now.

soo many favorite children's books!!!
picture books: Septimus bean and the amazing machine, Rabbit's new rug, Sherlock Chick, everything Dr. Seuss
Chapter books: Little House series, Stuart Little, Trumpet of the Swan, Wizard of Oz series, A Little Princess, The borrowers
lol a lot of those have the world little in the title...or are about short people
