you know, this is worse than a CW sitcom story! When you make something up, do you you even think of the believability? You are one of those internet warriors who couldn't serve a three day notice without a story! First, you need to learn some spelling, second, if they were being accused of sewing something into a person, I would think a Summons would be served on them! You might be well served to go out and learn the difference between a summons and a subpoena! Then a non-fiction course!
I was jumped by two doctors who I served a Subpoena on, who sewed an item in a persons body after an operation. They lied and said that I attacked them. I went to trial and was aquitted. Now I am currently going through a Civil Suite with the two doctors listed as DEFENDANTS! DANGEROUS JOB, Watch your ass, because you never know ......
