That's because 1.5 million Iraqis didn't die, and the majority of civilians killed in Iraq have been killed by terrorists. In fact dozens of Iraqis were killed today by carbombers, you can blame Bush for it if you want, but it's not exactly going to stop terrorists from killing people, you may have to fight them, which would put you in the awkward position of being on the U.S. side, and well, you probably think that's worse than actually stopping further deaths in Iraq.
