I don't get why eating horribly is a good thing..I'm all for feeling good in the skin you're in, self confidence and all that stuff..but I don't think promoting unhealthy lifestyles is the way to do it. She's probably just trying to make the point that you can eat those things and not feel bad about yourself, but there are better ways to go about it than passing cookies all around.
