Man I used File2HD for a while and as of a few months ago it stopped working for me. I used it to download music off of myspace but now when I use it, it won't bring up any files. Whats up with that?

try this:right click on the file to save it (FLV file) then simply use a program to convert it into whatever format you want. (I use a free program called Quick Media Converter to change it to a WMA file......) make sure you are using moxilla foxfire as your browser.

It still works for me on other sites. I do use it for Imeem and Youtube once in a while. But Myspace is always the one that has the best quality songs on there, that's why I like to use it. But I think the blocked File2HD cuz every time I try to download music from their site now, nothing will ever show up when I click "get files".

Yes, I've been using File2HD since last year.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Imeem knows about File2HD. They try to re-encrypt their flash player sequence in order to prevent File2HD from locating and downloading the song.

However, aniscartujo has been able to get around it many times.

I don't know how you did it, because the full songs play on their main page, but imeem gets each song's source from a 30-second sample. I don't know how they were able to do that...and I'm even more surprised that you were able to get around that.

Type in "media converter" in Google, and it's like the first one on there. There's a way to get around the five-song conversion limit, too.

There's also Media-Convert. There's no limit to how many conversions you want to make.

Both of these sites are online converters. You don't need to download anything except [of course] whatever you just converted.

Then, I took the finishes file and used a free program called OXELON MEDIA CONVERTOR). I changed it into a WAV file. D. it worked! and the whole song....no 30 sec. cuttoff.
