@xShanaynay9827x To get to the repeat menu make sure a song is playing, then click menu, you will see the repeat option. Select the repeat option, and press menu again. Now use the arrow left and right to select normal. Press the middle play button to enable it. That should be it.

videos have to be converted to amv format first before it will work on the mp4 player. The disc that came with your mp4 player should have the amv converter on it.

Nice Review! Hated the player though. The fuctions are all great but how they implimented it was just plain horrible. The menus didn't have to be so difficult and the manufacturers could have utilized a little bit more of the screen during the MUSIC function instead of the very miniscule information bar scrolling at the bottom of the screen. And pausing the movie to adjust the volume really wasn't a smart idea. Can you somehow alter the menus to make it a bit easier to use??

I always charge mine with the power on. However, on some players it will still charge with it off. Try charging it both ways, plugged into the computer for a fews hours, and also plugged into the wall for a few hours. There's always the chance that the wall adapter can be bad.

You've mentioned about iPod nano's replacement battery can be used on the MP4.Have you actually tried it out and see if it does last longer than what was inside of the MP4 originaly.I'm thinking of replacing it with 400mAh battery and should be alot better(I hope).

Actually I have tried the Ipod Nano replacement battery in an mp4, and because it is higher in capacity, it does last longer. However because it is higher in capacity, it is a tighter fit in the player.

Yeah I had a go at it yesterday with an older MP4 first(a clone of 1G nano)before trying it out with newer MP4.Needed unsoldering but it was nothing.Like you've said not only it does last much longer(Absolutely brilliant!) but scrolling around the menu etc got much quicker as well and I wasn't expecting that at all.Again thanks alot man for mentioning about it,you are really helpful.Thanks!!!.

i need help. bought one of this so called mp4, infact bought 2. within 5 days, dey became fuckep up. when switched on....the hourglass shows and it freezes there and wouldnt go to any of the menu function. can someone please suggest a solution.

Sounds like you need to get a replacement from whoever you purchased it from. When it freezes like that it is defective.

found a solution those who have the glass hour stuck or frozen on their mp4 when switched on.place the back of mp4 on a hothome heater for 3-5mins,switched off. Switch on after 5mins,the galss hour appears and then goes to the menu screen...do not make the mistake ofswitching it off from the main button when it works. always put it on standby by pressing hard for few secs the play/pause button.solved 2 of my f**ked mp4s.All my downloaded musics are still on it without it getting corrupt.

It normally takes about a couple hours to charge. If the wall charger does not work, try plugging it into the computer for a couple hours. Also, try sliding the power switch hard in the on direction and holding it there for a few seconds. Sometimes the switches may be faulty. If the player will power on while plugged in, but will not power on when unplugged, it may be an indication of a bad internal battery.

Actually the replacement battery for the Ipod Nano will work in the mp4 players. You can find them on Ebay. You just have to open up the mp4 player, and unsolder 2 wires that are connected to the battery.

I forgot to mention in the video. If you ever get a message saying "Disk Error", simply plug the player into your computer, and format it using the format option in windows. For those of you who know how to format a floppy disk, it is done in the same way, except you choose your player as the disk to format.
