@bakeingfoo22 - Everything we currently exists as - are systems that are based on input/output as energetic and reactive in nature. We have created them as self-enslavement to hide from ourselves to continue existing in separate bubbles - where no one apparently is responsible for what we do as a whole.
@annabrixthomsen so you were afraid of the feelings that popped up all of a sudden when you quit.... so to continue to not feel those feelings all you would have to do is keep smoking. and to continue feeling that way you have to quit smoking.... seems like you traded yourself for cigs.... its all good though im going through the same thing so thanks for the support
@bakeingfoo22 As I am beginning to see it, it is about me not having learned or been able to deal with what I experienced within and as me - thus I've used suppression as a 'method' of not having to deal with myself - then i've used cigarettes to support that suppression-method and as I stop smoking, I now have to start Directing myself, instead of Suppressing myself.
Great self determination !. Self direction. Ana. It must be hard to not participating not to smoke there.
Seems like everyone are smoke there.
I wonder why only humans are affected by addiction on Smoking, Drug, Alchol, Sex and money and still many thinks animals are less than us . Addiction or habit is pre programmed act?
@planetcoco The Addictions is a Human problem because the Human is an Addict by Nature - Addicted to it's separation and annihilation of Self as all as one as Equal - in extreme cases where animals are 'humanized' - they can also show this behavior, like with monkeys in circuses that smokes or drinks alcohol. But as a whole animals have Self-Realized as All as One as Equal as Life -
It's cool how you are able to make the connection between smoking and surpression of self. As well being present while witnessing how smoking has been effecting you
thanks anna.. yes a lot of points that make sense. I have experienced many of these points--and not even relating to smoking--so thank you for sharing these!

and so what you are also saying is that we use "systems" to hide from our feelings right???? cuz thats what it seems like the main point of all this

Thanks Anna. Fascinating how when you went back to smoking you were rewarded, like a good little system.
No more "missus nice guy" cool!
