I loved this idea. The idea that this poses any sort of threat to our security is laughable. I would be more concerned with the guys posting videos of FPV flights miles away from the operator, than the thought of an FPV bomb game. If they could come up with a cheap enough flight delivery system, I could see this as something Hasbro would try to market.

The consequence is that we might get harder to buy FPV equipment and authorities may limit how we may use radio equipment and so on. It might not be so good to inspire people to build bomb drops like in this video.

I can see a frightening problem with all FPV stuff.

anyone can build a long-range drone in his home and all the electronics are easy to buy online.

I think of our terrorists in the world who could benefit from this.

Today's FPV equipment is really reliable and it's probably just a matter of time before someone mounts real bombs.

I love to fly FPV and are concerned about the day someone gets killed by a terrorist who use our FPV equipment.

guys, seriously, your show rocks, but using 2.4G RC along with 2.4G Video really makes you look like noobs. The FPV scene knows since years, that RC and Video on the same frequency don't match, no matter how hard you try!

@hedgehogtk Only if the intention was to try to fly by FPV. If the FPV isn't needed until the drop, and after that the plane will not be within any sort of problematic, range, then, as seen in this video, the frequency choice isn't an issue.

what antenna was chad using on the 900mhz transmitter for the video? Its much smaller than the one that comes with the hobbyking one. Does that same antenna work on the 900mhz fpv system from hobbyking?

Wait... you want us to send you... bombs? Sounds a bit dramatic, but I think the original bomb idea should be feasible. It just needs a stronger bomb-run approach, think Stuka or A10 Thunderbolt style where the plane takes a dives and then releases the bomb or shoots canons.

The flying wing-bomb KIND of looked like cheating to me ;-) , but I'll admit it was a great great kamikaze flight. :-) Well done!
