no, actually, retromintcar1 is right. Billy Shears is ringo. Paul's original concept for Sgt Pepper involved them all adopting an alias of some kind and basically posing as a member of the fictional "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band." Paul and Ringo where the only ones who got into it though; John and George usually had a kind of "yeahhhh, i don't really care" approach to Paul's projects.
