@bassax7045 not to be a knowitall or anything, but you mixed the ka-50 and the ka-52, the ka-50 is the black shark while the ka-52 is the alligator

co-axial helicopters typically don't have collective pitch control, but this one does. Wonder if anyone has flown it inverted....
