Classic Stevie! Thank you Chissy. My God what a concert! WOW!!!!!!!!!! Words can't describe it!!! The day of the concert I go through this garden and inquire "what are these?" A voice says "Bella-Donna." Nice lookin' plants with berries and such. "Poisonous though." True Story!

Does anybody know why Stevie named the album/ this song "Bella Donna"? Is it meant to be a drug reference, or is it supposed to be about a "beautiful woman" (bella donna is Italian for beautiful woman...) I'm just curious because this was also during her drug days Lol

In 1981 I recieved a speeding ticket outside Madison Wisconsin while listening to this song. The old Dodge Polara with a 440 kept up with me easily as speeds neared 100 mph. When asked why I was going so fast I qued the tape and the officer and I both listened. Ticketed instead of being arrested, nearly $400 dollars later I was on my way again. Thanks Stevie.

Beautiful song with emotion, texture, and one of my favorite. Her vocals are outstanding and harmonys too. Very well put together with all the flavors. Vocals give me the chills every time.
