  • you live in va

  • LOL he says boring when everything shakes XD

  • Uh oh

  • nz earthquakes ahhh

  • I Was In North Carolina, I Felt It. First Experience.

  • @pierrelo100 My mom said it was a truck!

  • one time i had a earthquake and it blow my trampling

  • Is that an SRT8? :)

  • If your video is real, it caught unusual sound as well. That earthquake sound does not sound like an earthquake. It has a very hollow sound. Did you (anyone) notice? There have been reports of underground nuclear explosions or something. NWO bases destroyed (don't know if it's true, or why), but it shook the northeast. Not just one part, but the whole Northeast. I live way up in the North States, near Maine, and ground was moving here. Good luck.

  • @TVTrailers1 yes he is. :)

  • his reaction is so calm it's funny

  • im in tha hospital cause of the earthquake real serious.

  • inside teh lordesa

  • lol V log

  • hahaha i love the way he says vlog V log hahaahah

  • @ieden5432

    They are. xD

Especially in southern California because that 7.2 quake in Mexico was AWESOME. :D

  • hey is this true?

  • This was awesome! You are hilarious thx for documenting and sharing your experience. Everyone is giving the east coast such a hard time but first of all our ground is solid here and most people have never experienced an earthquake especially of this magnitude and secondly our building don't bend!! It was a big deal!!

  • in california, earthquakes are horrible.

  • i felt it 2! i live in ct funny reaction 2 computer thing dieing though :)

  • I live in Maryland. We were in Quantico, VA when my folks and I felt it. We visited the US Marine museum there and we were in the building when we felt it. When earthquake happens, you usually swing side to side or back and forth but dis one was different.

  • I didn't mean to say this but this video totally made laugh. You were video taping then it's started to rumble and you still had no idea what was going on after five seconds. The earthquake was scary. It did feel like there was a train coming.

  • and its not funny in the east coast. why? cuz in the west coast mainly southern california, the houses are made to resist earthquakes and over there there made of brick and hard stuff to resit hurricanes (im right?0 so i hope your ok

  • hi u live in virgina???

  • @stinkyfinger5000 I guess you're saying you study the physics and English usage needed to troll LMFAO it funny that you got on my spelling on the internet.... I must have it a nerve with you. btw, I'm not a troll... I'm more of an "anti-troll" who's willing to comment back to your silly comments. Btw, I've taken ethics and had a mate who studied psychology.... all I gotta say is, you need to work out your loneliness issues and learn to fun things that are actually fun to do. btw no troll page.

  • man.. in times like these, you gotta keep the camera rolling

  • Got a little bit here in massachusetts

  • @stinkyfinger5000 lol you're obviously a child :D if not, you're just some lifeless troll. Btw, lifeless doesn't mean you're dead LOL it means you have no social life xP See ya!

  • @stinkyfinger5000 wow, you called me a nerd? lol I guess that's an actual insult to someone under the age of 16 :D The reason I think the video is REAL is because maybe, unlike you, I've experienced earthquakes before and heard the accounts of my own family who describe it in the same manner as in this video. Btw, what's exactly do you mean by "americanhero" obviously you know more about it than I do. LMFAO I'm sorry but the only one acting like a little school girl is you.... c'mon, NERD??? LOL

  • @stinkyfinger5000 shut up troll

  • lol!

    subscribed

  • I felt it in COLORADO!!

  • @13MsHannahbanana in colorado?...at about 1in the morning...? and it was onlt a 5.9mag

  • @13MsHannahbanana no you felt the 5.3 earthquake the day before the one in virginia

  • @stinkyfinger5000 I am going to screen capture your comment then I will post a picture of that guy wearing his tank top with his muscles flexed and I will post it on my blog and then people will really see how stupid you are. You are so full of BS. I may have a liking for muscular men which could be why I am on the defensive side. You really are ignorant since I never said I was a cop. I only described who the person was you are calling fat. Learn to comprehend and read!!!

  • I hope you are ok after teh earthquake! I felt it in NY. Now we have to deal with the hurricane

  • @stinkyfinger5000 You know you really are dumb. Why would he fake the thing if he live in VA? What kind of drugs you take saying this guy is fat. Now I know you are messed up in the head. Soon as you said he was fat you have lost all credibility. This guy has his own gym & lifts weights, he has 21 inch biceps and makes workout videos. Believe me the size of his arms contradicts your statement. Maybe he recorded the outdoor part later due to the batteries dieing. How many update camera dates?

  • @stinkyfinger5000 well if you would have used your head before you geeked in the video you would have realized that he stopped the recording multiple times after the earthquake so it was probably evening when he recorded the last part retard

  • i have never had a earthquake

  • @stinkyfinger5000 OMG you're an idiot. btw you posted the comment right back to yourself... real smart. The guy is brave for being a vet not because of the quake btw he's from NY or Jersey, he's not a Hillbilly, he's not from WVa, Kentucky or Tennessee (no offense to them). My fam in VA live near Richmond and had cracks in their walls a pretty good shaking from the original quake and felt about 7 aftershocks so far. You need to quit being such a troll. Central VA really felt the ACTUAL quake.

  • What was he making a viedo of in the first place

  • It may not be fake but it looks fake

  • Wow, delayed reaction

  • I was also surprised, I live on the east coast too.

  • I see you were really focused on getting that video done I hope you and your family are ok after that big earthquake.

  • It looks fake... but dont worry... i know its real!

  • I hope that you are ok after that bad earthquake. I can see you are very brave and you seem to handle stressful situations very well. I wish I was able to be so calm during something like that but I can't. I would panic. This shows proof of the great quality OF MEN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HIRES FOR WORKING WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT.

  • @tops3cret321 I felt the earthquake too, I was in NY at the time. he lives in VA where the earthquake came from so dont be saying it was fake unless you are disrespectful and ignorant then I feel bad for you and people that have to deal with the lies of you. He lost over 5 thousand dollars due to damage and you have the stupidity to say it is fake. That is horrible. What if your house got structural damage and someone laughed ans said it was fake? Maybe his reaction seems too calm but hes brave.

  • @stinkyfinger5000 Shows how ignorant you really are. There was a real earthquake on the east coast going from VA all the way to Canada so don't tell me this guys earthquake is fake. How about some courtesy and respect for people who have endured this devastation. He said there was over 5 thousand dollars in damage in one of his followup tweets and he posted an updated video. Just because you are lucky to not have been hit don't belittle other people's devastation. Don't be mislead by brave guys

  • It Is so fake it I'd not even funny

  • @aryanalady11 How can it be fake. that guy lives in VA. did you check the news lately. we had an earthquake that spread across the east cost. don;t be so ignorant

  • So fake

  • @aryanalady11 Just search east coast earth quake and see that there really was an earthquake. That guy lives in VA and VA had the worst earthquake. Why fake something when you live where it actually happened? I saw a follow up video and there was some damage. you should be respectful of people who had to endure an earthquake instead of assuming what really happened did not. If is is fake maybe you should pay money for the fake damages that most insurance companies wont pay!!

  • FAKEFAKEFAKEFAKEFAKE

  • @stefan98TH You must live under a rock. Go check the news and see how bad VA had it when the earthquake hit, or did you not even know there was a real earthquake? They live in VA and that is where it started from. Now if they lived in California then there were no reports of earthquakes then we would wonder but they live right near Richmond VA. Go check out the damage in that area and yo can see it all makes sense. He is a brave guy because he is a former US Marine. He can handle stress.

  • AL-QAEDA is proud to take total responsibility for this incident [An Official Al-Qaeda Spokesman]

  • I sar

  • dude you better watch out for Hurricane Irene

  • great video lol!!!

  • Just as we deal with earthquakes now Hurricanes??

  • The wa you reacted in this video was TOOOOO FUNNNY! lol....im in nc so i know about it but that was sooo funny!..you have me over here crackin up

  • i felt shaking and i'm in canada

  • i felt it and im in ottwa ontairo

  • There was a earthquake on the 23rd...

  • is this video really true or...

  • how is that fake? he clearly wasn't shaking the room it was the earthquake

  • i was in virginia baech when it happened.... I LIVE THERE!

  • yes VA had an earthquake and so did many other states on the east coast. hope you are doing ok after that hard hit.

  • that looks really fake....

  • @XMusixXVideos search it its NOT fake.

  • Wow.. That really did look fake o.O. I can't believe it was real.

  • good special effects !! :D

  • at 2:08 you might wana check your underpants..

  • it took this guy a good 8 seconds to realize his room is shaking...

  • I think I just felt another tremor! How many aftershocks can there be after an earthquake?

  • @americanhero120 hundreds

  • @americanhero120 over 9000

  • buy a lottery ticket lol. Strong for the east but going by the actual looks of it in the video; the shaking was very mild. . Especially for a 5.8. Ive been through lower end 5s which released a bit greater energy than that one did and had me shitting my pants lol. Wasn t it fun though? Hehe

  • it looked fake but i know it was real

  • On the news, they were showing videos from when the earthquake hit, & I saw this one, & I felt really cool for knowing it was you. Just thought I'd let you know!

  • @maurapple thats cool! which news was it? do you have a link to it.

  • A 5.9 EarthQuake WHATS NEXT IN THE END OF THE WORLD A 70 MPH HURRICANE or WINDS GOING PAST 20 MPH Because This is the worst possible thing to happen Seeing as theres Not a worse disaster that could happen. Right?

  • you are hilarious!

  • Comment removed

  • never break character

  • @sskylar101 I watched their video on their other channel and they said they were in school when it happened and their teachers were more scared than they were.

  • Thanks for the classic footage.. ;-) You even captured the sound. I felt it in Rockville as it shook my entire room; but was incredulous; because we just don't get earthquakes here as you know.....

  • Wow that scar me

  • I hate how everyone from California kept saying that we east coasters were dumb for freaking out. They're so stuck up to think that we're used to these things, we're not! I hope they're aren't any aftershocks...

  • I felt the ground shaking but thought it was the train near me but then my aunt called and told me she felt the house shake and she lives 200 miles away so then I searched on youtube and found your video and it explains it all. yes I do have a tv but all i have is netflix and no news. I use the computer such as google and youtube for news.

  • You are an amazing person. You stood up to the powerful force of mother nature and continued your work without showing any weakness or vulnerability. This world needs more people like you who are strong and can cope with situations like these. Fear is one thing that hurts our nation and without it people feel safe and this is what America needs right now more than ever. You should be the next leader of America. I adore your children and your devotion to your children. Take care.

  • I am glad that you survived with minimal damage. thank you for sharing this with the world. we all need to open our eyes and get a reality check. I believe the world is coming to an end, this is a sign we have been waiting for amongst other signs that have been evident that the ancient Mayans are right about their predictions. God Bless you for being so strong and not scared. This shows you are not afraid to face God when our time comes. you are a great example of a true believer the prophecy

  • please post an update video on what is going on. the ground was shaking again last night about 1am. thanks

  • @TheMickeysticky dude u are pathetic!!! that dude went through a real freaking earthquake & posts a video of the actual quake going on & u make like his situation is not serious as if u are better than everyone else and if u had a slightly bigger earthquake than joe blow than his was not serious & not worth talking about. get a life dude. i guess its only serious to u if that dude was a sissy &screamed & cried & looked petrified but since he was brave & not week u think its a joke. BTW fat??

  • I hope there are no more aftershocks. They are very scary

  • felt it , and a aftershock

  • @designerdiane it scared the crap outta me last night. i thought this was over. how many more aftershocks are we gonna get. i freak out when the ground shakes

  • @TheMickeysticky First of all I do not know what is wrong with you since you keep insisting on calling a muscular man fat. That alone tells me your level of intelligence is quite low. Also this man was recording a vlog about his upcoming video about people on Youtube using different personalities when out of the clear blue an earthquake hits and it is obviously caught on video. Not like he intended it to happen but he wanted to share his experience with the world. I think you are on drugs!

  • It weirded me out too.

  • I think Mother Nature is fed up with American warmongering and about to take revenge...

BTW, copper, you ARE living in an active Earthquake zone, so don't be surprised if the earth moves beneath your feet. So do I by the way... We get 1 quake @4.0 every 10 years... Have survived 3 so far.

  • lol

  • LMFAO I was in shock, never felt such a thing, iThought a plane was abt to ram into my house, or PRECIOUS running fown the street with a bucket of chicken.

  • @kd4sai is that a scar in betwixt your eyebrows

  • Sure looks like you got it bad there. You must be very close to Mineral VA where the earthquake hit the biggest. I felt it slightly where I was. Did you discover any damage later? Thanks for the update on the aftershock. I may be too far to feel anything smaller that what you had the first time.

  • wow! i think I felt another tremor. must be more aftershocks.

  • I cant believe we had another earthquake again but I guess its really called the aftershock. saw some people were shaken in the middle of the night.

  • Where in Virgina do you live PS isn't it a beautiful place

  • @plasticwinter I love Virginia! I have been there a few times. I am so surprised they would have earthquakes there.

  • @VegasGirl933 meh i mean japan gets struck and were facing right at it soooo i guess it was just a after shock delayed btw i was in the car with my dad and bro and then all of a sudden our Ford started sway around like it was high lol, then it stopped in about 3 minutes,i was helping in moving so we assumed something had fallen(Big stuff was in the car)or the car tire popped and overall i really wasn't scared mostly because i was in a car haha but VA is beautiful i'm proud to live here:)

  • oh man the rumbling sound sounds epic i would have shit my self lmao

  • You on crack?

  • I felt the aftershock here too but it was weak. it could have been easily confused with a train going by 800 feet away. i saw it was confirmed at m4.5

  • I was on the phone with my friend in NC and he said he felt the ground shaking and then I was feeling it here in Maryland so that was scary. i was thinking about the movie 2012

  • @HaloTowerPower2000 He said he had it real bad so sure its real since he said he did his 1PM to 2PM vlog and it happened in between that time.. They live in Virginia where it was the strongest. i thought moving away from CA was my escape from earthquakes and smog but I have been duped!!

  • I moved away from the west coast to get away from earthquakes and now they are here on PA. What is next? i sure hope you were not hurt there. looks like you had a big one but from what the news said VA was hit the hardest.

  • earthquakes make me nervous. just when u think it is over now u worry about the aftershock

  • Was there an aftershock? I felt something about 10 minutes ago. It could have been a bus or something but usually not this late at night. I thought I would ask you since you are a very resourceful person with US Government connections.

  • I felt an aftershock just a few minutes ago.... It was pretty tiny but still scary D:

  • @MsMusicEnthusiast u felt an aftershock? are u in VA? I thought I felt something shaking but thought it could have been someone with loud bass playing in their car.

  • @MsMusicEnthusiast There was a small aftershock a bit after 1am.....M4.5

  • Great video and I am glad that there are people like you out here that help keep our communities safer. I see you have held yourself together and did not panic like most would. I freaked out when I felt the ground shake and I was further north of NJ. I guess you must like it in Virginia since your Bio said you move to VA in 1991. Do you miss the food in NJ?

Also I see some trolls like to have comment wars under your video. People should stay on topic and not talk about random nonsense.

  • I am glad that you are a special agent who work with the FBI and the Police. I hope that you use all the technology that you have to eliminate all the cyber bullying that goes on. People are going through hard times with this earthquake and there are bullies who think they can outsmart the US Government.

  • @TheMickeysticky I can't help it if you are ignorant and blind and can't tell the difference between fat and muscle. You can't be taken seriously when you mistakenly call a muscular man fat. It is like calling Hercules Peter Griffin. There is an obvious flaw in your attempts to make a valid and believable statement. Everyone will see his muscular build and look at you as stupid and blind. BTW. The Right To Information Act is the best thing ever and the FBI may be using it now due to your threats

  • @TheMickeysticky Thanks! You gave me what I needed. You broke the three strike rule in the anti cyber bully clause and Right to Information Act passed by the US government and now law enforcement is being contacted by several parties who have witnessed these multiple offenses. I will also submit a block request to the federal agent so he or she can block your comments going to this IP address. Good luck and hope the law does their jobs as they always seem to do.

  • @TheMickeysticky I don not care about my spelling. I try to get my point across before the next person does so it is a matter of speed typing and I don't need to spell right for someone who is a ignorant as you who would just make threats to federal agents and think that you are just going to take it back like nothing happened. You are naive about IP tracking and the US government's technology used in locating those who post death threats. You posted such thing which is seen by law enforcement.

  • @TheMickeysticky Go watch his weight lifting videos. This man is built like Lou Ferrigno, but you probably are not smart enough to know who that is. This guy has helped victims in such disasters and he is a well respected member of law enforcement. Making threats to a government official is the quickest way to get yourself in trouble with federal government. This man is a father of two kids and is a rich man who has nice cars and big homes and expensive electronics. Bums have nothing.

  • @TheMickeysticky You are on some kind of drugs. Soon as you said he was fat you discredited yourself since he is know as a body builder and he has 21 inch rock hard biceps and he has the weight lifting videos to prove how dumb you really are. You would not stand a chance against him since I see you made a recent death threat to him. Good luck with that one. You would be surprised how law enforcement deals with death threats. That guy is is a hero and is already know in that way and he is the law

  • @TheMickeysticky Don't be stupid. That guy lives right near Richmond where the earthquake was the most strongest and he had to experience it while making a vlog but as you see he is no coward. He did not jump up screaming like a baby. He took it like a man and kept calm. This is because he is a federal agent who has extensive training in law enforcement and learning to cope with very stressful situations. He is connecting with others to share what happened. Making death threats?

  • I was sitting in bed on the computer and I felt a weird shaking sensation. It felt like it stopped for about 10 seconds and as I was going downstairs to ask my family if they felt it, I felt the shaking again. It felt like a gust of wind or a vibration from an explosion. But I looked out the window and there was no wind and I didn't see anything burning. That's what I had a feeling it was an earthquake and about 5 minutes later it was all over the news. It was crazy!!

  • yea when it hit Baltimore, Md..i happened to be at the doctors waiting for some Rx..and i felt the wall my chair was against vibrate..i dismissed that as maybe machinery or something till the whole waiting room started to shake and ppl looked confused...then everyone and there mother was outside wondering wth happened..that was crazy..my first earhquake ever and i still cant believe it..

  • OMG! i live in nj and i felt it! i thought someone was jumping and making the whole house shake or something! lol but i had no idea it was an earthquake till i saw it on the news!

  • I was up in my room and my dog ran up to me, bit my hand, and helped me downstairs :)

  • I shook here in Atlantic City too. I am surprised your Ham Radio handhelds did not fall over. The first thing I did after the quake was to grab my IC-91AD and find out what was going on around my area.

  • and i was getting dressed while it happened

  • that seams reall

  • Pray for everyone in that earthquake who might have lost their balance for a few seconds.

  • Ohio, where i live i didn't feel itttt.

  • Very odd expierence for us on the east

  • @IzziBella234 Sounds like you were in pretty much the same situation as here. The VA area being so close to Maryland! I live 90 miles away from Richmond VA. Lets hope there are no more surprises! Hope everything is ok your way.

  • @HighMuzicCrash Thats a good thing!

  • @moomay1949 Those pictures got crooked on me. I had to straighten out about 10 different pictures and pick up a few things here and there. Alos notice my birdbath was knocked over but maybe a huge squirrel did it. Those silent earthquakes are just as bad as those noisy ones!! Thanks for watching and hope things are ok your way.

  • @hasenpfote272 Thats a very good question. There are always reasons for something and we always seek answers and try to understand things that happen to us and around us.

  • Seems like I have been hearing those thunder like noises for a couple of hours last night. not sure if it has anything to do with the earthquake or if it was the central air system.

  • @coolbreeze543c I hope there are no aftershocks here.

  • I think I felt an aftershock last night about 7PM. Did anyone else feel this?

  • @americanhero120 I did not feel any aftershocks afterwards

  • forget about it!! eh

  • @JustSmokeDank Sometimes all you can do is forget about it!!

  • @kd4sai Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. I like the fact everyone can share their experiences here. I often check back to see what others have to share. Even though it happened yesterday there is new things being exposed as time goes by.

  • @kd4sai haha thats the truth brother. glad everyone made it through that quake lol. me living in va my whole life just never expected that shit.

  • Wow that is kinda wild u got that on video, well hope u don't get another! Well hope it isn't 100+ degrees there like it is here in Texas, we are having the "drought" down here in South Texas! Earthquakes, drought, what's next?! haha did think funny how many icons are on your computer, mine is nearly as full as yours! ;) Thought I was the only one with that many! :O Take care!

  • @3greatgreyhounds3 If I would have taken another 15 minutes to eat lunch then I would have not been recording that VLOG at that time and would have missed the earthquake. I am positive that the impact from the earthquake is more intense on ground zero level as apposed to one or two floors above due to more resistance. Standing on that concret floor is like being directly in touch with the force of the tremors. Yes my computer sure is filled up Gets confusing sometimes!! Thanks!

  • I LIVE IN CONNECTICUT AND WE FELT IT UP HERE ALL THE WAY TO CANADA SO IT WAS AN EARTHQUAKE ON THE ENTIRE EAST COAST. SUPER RARE AND SCARY AND I DON'T WANT TO EVER FEEL THAT AGAIN...

  • @MrsNati89 I never thought we would ever be talking about a huge earthquake hitting the whole East Coast!!

  • happened*

  • @lynnpuppyluvr Yes this happened all across the ast Coast.

  • it really happy

  • First I have to say you are brave!! I am glad that there is a place where we can share our experiences with this earthquake. Moments like these seem to bring people closer together. I can see you had endured a very powerful earthquake. Are you ok after this video was posted? Heard there may have been some aftershocks about 5 hours later.

  • @americanhero120 I have trained myself not to fear things and to keep control of the situation. thanks for commenting!

  • We felt it,and it scared the hell out of us.Only thing I could think of was to get my Daughter out of the house, and praying to God that the house would not come down on us.

  • @johnnyb1975 My kids were freaked out at school and so were their teachers. I felt shocked in disbelief after I realized what happened. The father instinct kicks in and we take the appropriate action to help keep our kids safe. Thanks for sharing! Hope things are ok there.

  • I did feel the tremors here but not as bad as those out your way. I think you handled it rather well. I would have screamed and freaked out if my house shook like that.

  • @WonderfulPets There are hot spots so maybe you were not in those spots.

  • Now i'm going to make a shirt that says "I survived the 2011 Easrthquake of Virginia... And didn't feel it"

  • @Chrisspy704 Yes and wear it proudly!!

  • I'm in West Virginia. My whole house shook. It was freaky, to say the least.

  • @stratafm I know how you must feel! Thanks for sharing!!

  • I was in Ohio so, I sort of felt it. It was funny:)
