There's a reason it's popular. It's honestly an acquired taste, as it is much more different than people are used to. It's not something I'll listen to all day, but for a couple of songs it's a pretty cool effects music in my opinion. It's fine that you don't like it, but it is in fact music. If you want to listen to more subtle (VERY subtle) dubstep to just start getting into it, I recommend Starry Eyed Jakwob Remix and Lights Bassnectar Remix :P
