Yeah . . . I didn't like that part in the Silmarillion where The One had lesser being create what He designed. It would have been a lot better if he had of stayed closer to the Biblical narrative.
It was cool, however, when he talked about The One teaching them a song, and then as they sung, Morgoth causes discord. Margoth is the forerunner of Sauron.
What about the tower which has the eye of Sauron at its zenith. Sauron is the evil lord. Interesting that it looks something like the picture on the dollar bill.
I can add my own testimony...all the things available to children DO, in fact, inspire an interest in the occult and witchcraft. I remember a book I had as a Kindergartner called, "The Wednesday Witch"... It really captivated me...I can think of so many things along the way that drew me into wanting to know more about spells and magic.
It's astounding how many things people take for granted and think ' "Oh that doesn't affect ME." Yeah, right! Onto part 6!
6:20 Because it's fun!
she rolls a d20 and says 'im gonna hit on you' I roll a d20 and say 'oh no its go time here and now were doing it and doing it well'
then the DM throws us both in prison, in separate cells, for public indecency.
...good times :)
