  • Thank you! I feel so honored that you made this video for me (and others that will benefit)! I did not think about it in that way, drinking in smaller protions. I usually fill up a 32 oz cup and take it from there. But I think it will be a lot easier if I do smaller cups. Your answer are perfect!
