wow your tremolo picking is impressive! Do you have any tips on how to become good at it? i can do alternate pick but my tremolo picking is sloppy. :(

keep your picking really tight, people tend to start making really large unnecessary movements with their picking hand when trying to play faster, so focus on moving as little as possible with your picking hand. Also try jazz picks, they feel funny at first but clean everything up once you get used to them.

yeah you're right i've refined my technique alot since i posted my other comment by reducing unnecessary movement and getting better control. i've been reccomended to dunlop jazz picks aswell. i use red dunlop jazz threes and they're awesome for playing fast.

nope, it's a stock Ibanez pups called V7 and V8. I think it's the pedal's setting that's kinda making it sound active-ish.
