The strategy that DID directly murder Osama was "cross boarder raids into Pakistan" a Obama policy and Something McCain explicitly said was off the table. I actually think it was a bad policy and the months of drone strikes and raids into Pakistan that has killed 1000+ civs was definitely not worth it for Osama he ain't so special.
