  • Ahh Becca, this is Sarah from C&G Ranch! This is amazing! I like legit shitted myself!!

  • First to play and looked even better on the television than YouTube. :)

Congrats again fellow top 10 winner.

  • @ptgfilms I wasn't ready for it to play first! We had a "premiere party" and had about 20 of us all sitting around... some folks had just gotten there and all of a sudden, it started to play! LOL- oh well, it was great to watch the others after- congrats!

  • AWESOME MONSTER!!! I was glued to the screen! Congrats my fellow top 10 member!!! I played the sleepwalker in "GASP!" Dude, we F'n get to be on national TV!

  • @sneddigr Thank you very much! It's been a hell of a week, hasn't it? Congrats to you and your team!!!

  • Absolutely enjoyed this one, great work. Looking forward to seeing more.

Congrats to you on being chosen and on a job well done.

  • @ptgfilms really like yours as well- definitely one of my faves!!!

  • Thanks! We tried like hell! Haha

  • Wow, great job. Killer cinematography. Very kick-ass short.

  • Is it a werewolf? I mean you do show the full moon, but I never caught a close enough glimpse of the thing to tell. I really like it though, either way ;-)

  • @pastoralstudent not a werewolf- just a dark "creature"-

  • It takes a lot to create the suspense/horror that a normal horror movie needs to do in 90 minutes in a three minute time frame, and you did it brilliantly. Kudos!

  • @lonelybluekitsune Thank you very much! It was a great challenge for our team!

  • Is it ok to ask what camera you guys used? It's really cool looking and well done.

  • @pastoralstudent we used a Canon t2i with Nikon lenses- I am very impressed with the DP's use of light and shadows- We wanted the movie to be quite "dark" so we didn't use much in the way of artificial lighting- and when you couple that with action, well- I'm sure you can imagine the challenge it posed! Thank you for the comment!

  • @BeccaGT9 I understand what you mean about lighting...for our movie it was all done at night in a historical town out in the streets, and in a graveyard that had no lighting of its own. Plus, our camera was an older Canon XL2, so it didnt have near the clarity that you guys did. We couldn't use much artificial lighting either because it' supposed to be during the Victorian era when there wasn't much lighting anyway. You guys did great with it though. Good job.

  • Very Cool. I would love to see more.

  • Great short film. Good camera work as well as stunt work. Enjoyed watching. Acting very believable. Looking forward to a longer version. Best Of luck.

  • This is impressive, the lighting, camera work and production look awesome. I'm glad Cheryl told me to have look. Good luck with your contest.

  • great job! Looks amazing. And very creepy.

  • This video's fresh keep doing what you're doing man!

  • This was a wonderfully shot short! I loved the camera work. I wish there was a bit more to the story. I'm not sure what the overall story was. Is there a longer version? Good job and good luck!!

  • @ChasingAutumnFilm We actually shot enough footage for a 10 minute short- we had to cut all the scenes in the house leading up to the action- and some of the footage from the chase scenes was so much better than what we had to use because of the time constraint ( 3 minutes or less) Right now, I'm trying to make a little $ to pay the editor to sit down and cut the longer version- Working on a killer script for another short as well! Thanks for the support and comments! We appreciate it!

  • @BeccaGT9 Hey no problem! I really enjoyed it I just wanted to see more of a story aside from the awesome chase scene. I look forward to seeing a longer cut. I completely understand though. Our entry (The Initiation) was pushing 5min and we had to chop out a large portion to get it to fit. 3 min is a tough time slot to tell a "complete" story, but it was a fun exercise regardless. Good luck!

  • This is actually quite good. I wonder how high that fall at the end really is.

  • It's actually about 15 feet! We're trained stunt professionals- so don't try this at home! LOL

  • Hell yeah this ruled. And i got a credit haha.

  • Fantastic job. I got CHILLS! Love it!

  • Looks amazing!!!! =)
