O that looks good. I've got a 1243 corn head on a 8820 titan II. I got a 600 bu orthman on a 4640. I Love corn harvest. I'm going to try and get some video this season.
What the hell 9500comineman when was the last time you seen ur average person walking down the street with leather pants and a leather t shirt think before you say shit cuz clothes are not made of leather not even close to half of clothes are made of leather! its all cotton and poliester
I agree with benrichards87.I hate all the mental frigen city people that complain about how the big bad combines and tractors are getting mud on the roads and then there little BMW gets muddy well the truth is they would survive with out us!! FARMERS FEED CITYS!
CM, that's funny you said that. There is a case now in the courts where some yuppie from the city bought a small rural property and now they are suing the neighbors cos their roosters makes noise in the morning and because when they ride their horses of their properties, they aren't picking up their horses crap. Personally I think the whole world has gone nuts!! I don't get why would anyone want to live in the country if they don't expect to have animals making noise and horses that don't poop.
field corn is used for corn starch, corn syrup, cerial, and the list goes on and on. not to mention feeding livestock that produce milk and meat. i don't think you could go a whole day without eating or drinking something that wasn't made with corn.
and its not just corn. there's also wheat, and soybeans. (too much info to get into) there's cotton farmers that produce cotton for your clothes. countless fruit and vegetable farmers. point is, you couldn't survive without farmers.
I bet that is a work out for that 4850 when that cart is loaded, i know its all our 4850 can do to handle our 750 graincart when its loaded and that Kinze holds 1000. Love the straight pipe.
i wish we coulg grow corn up here in sask but we dont have the right climate. i heard that last year a guy in the states grew like a 400 bu per ac crop
we also make the heads there, in the video is a 35 foot head. we have new heads coming out. The draper and the viper 40 and 45 feet. And a new chopping cornhead 16 row in 2012 we are revamping our assembly line and paint systems right now to get them ready.
I'm loving the sound of that straight piped 4850. At first I thought the tractor was really struggling with the cart, but then I saw the pipe. Nice videos.
