She is a Parkette Gymnast who was aiming for the 2004 Olympics, she received an invitation to the trials but had to drop out because of a broken ankle. She was a very very dedicated gymnast and tried very hard, sometimes too hard and she would get very upset and emotional when she was unable to do a skill perfectly. i love this. if i werent forced to quit gymnastics, I don't know if i would understand it. Almost a year before, my parents said that they were paying too much money for me to stay where i was so i tried harder than i thought i could and ended up hurting myself. that was the worst thing that's ever happened to me by far.

i mean it was not that often but that was really agression and my mom didn't know know about this but when she saw it, she threatened my coach to get her in jail...my mom rocks =) and not just hitting you, for example if you're doing a new exercise and it won't come correctly, they make you do 100 even 200 and they count them...................sorry!! i love watching gymnastics and it is a beautiful sport but training gymnastics is hard

i understand nicole, gymnastics is a living hell, people yelling at you, innsulting you, telling you what to do and even hitting you sometimes...getting everyday pieces of skin the size of a quarter off your hands, getting hit by the beam, bars, vault and falling on your face at floor, training 8 hours a day...it's a very difficult sport...as far as i know 3 gymnasts have turned up quadraplejic, 2 on vault and 1 (yelena mukhina) on floor

She is really good, but is sort of whiney. She plans on not making it, because she is so talented we know she can, but then she goes and does it wacky. Then whines about it, that was really bugging me. And I know I will probaly get alot of thumbs down, but it's true. A girl that level should be less emotional like Nica Hults she would just keep trying.

shes amazing :) ppl say shes too emotional but thats what made her great. i wish my parents had supported me the way they supported her. my parents never took my gymnastics seriously. i mean i guess yur kinda lyk paysons sister on "make it or break it" if yu saw that show. but hey shes an amazing gymnast. i watch her and it makes me so jealous (in a good way) of how strong she is, inside and out. gymastics is a hard sport, anyone who makes it that far has earned the respect of many :)

because that is illegal. No college athlete gets paid to do sports in college.. NCAA is very strict about that. Unless who ever wrote that meant they got a full scholarship and that is what they meant by "paid".. but i doubt they meant that.
